Why did you make a second (aft) spar instead of just replacing the main spar with a ply version?

I would love to know the secret of making the lightening holes if you have a chance to video that process. I always make a dogs breakfast out of it when I do that. Great vid. Thanks

Many years ago I decided to get my first rc plane, and I made the mistake of buying a full balsa kit as my first project. It was way too complicated for me and it turned me down so much that I never completed it. I might give it another try if I can find a beginner grade kit.

That XT60 mount will have the wires pushing out/down below the fuse. maybe rotate it 90', pointing to centre line??

By the way did I missed how ended DH 60 Cirrus Moth DB Sport project or you did not filmed?
