Fraddy's condition is almost certainly something called essential tremor, a neurological condition that is harmless for the most part but does get worse over time. The best treatment for it (if it even needs treatment, such as if makes everyday activities difficult or a bunch of twats bully you over it) is beta blockers, usually propranolol. Or alcohol, that works too. The cause is poorly understood and most likely has a genetic component. However, no matter no bad it gets, and we are talking decades here, it will not kill you but it might spread to the head as well. Yours, a guy in his 40s who has had a tremor since his teenage years.
