We went there! Thank you for the recommendation. It was super crowded but the food was awesome and we loved the coffee machine! Your cookies looked much better than ours but they did taste good and as my son always says to me, "Mom, it's taste that matters." You're the best, Tim!

Yeah, the American Express platinum card and the Centurion card are typically good for traveling as you get lounge access and travel coverage insurance, etc. There is a high annual fee though. In case interested, I left a referral Link in the video description.

Think the Centurion lounge definitely justifies having the card. Wish they still allowed a plus one to be brought in at no extra cost. Also Tim the drip you ended up getting at the bar is an Aperol Spritz very refreshing indeed

That’s why Amex has changed the policy, people complain it’s too crowded all the time, check all the Centurion lounges during the rush hours or day time, almost every one of them is almost full.

Flight delays and cancellations seem to be happening a lot lately. I'm glad you were able to make use of the time while you waited. The food at the American Express Lounge in Las Vegas wasn't that great to me...except for the cookie...LOL! The food in the airport overseas lounges are so much better. Airport food is actually quite good so it's hard to compete. The food at the lounge is still good ... Comforting and tasty

Oh it was just a discount airline, Allegiant. The credit card I have allows you to use the lounges... While they say it's free, you do pay a hefty annual fee 🤔😉

Well, all very nice but have to tell that this is, as per my personal experience in the past years, the minimum standard offering for a lounge compared to what you get in the Senator Lounge of Lufthansa (at least in Europe), and there is also better, the Lufthansa HON membership access to HON lounges, and here it gets REALLY interesting.....the Miles & More membership program, is to me, one of the best in the world, at least for Europe and Asia.

Yeah, everything was included... The travel credit cards just lets you go in for "free"... But there is a cost to "free", as these credit cards generally charge a higher annual fee. 😉. But it does cover all the travel necessities and insurance coverage.

Thank you so much.. I think it's just a perk with one of these travel credit cards... When you're at the airport, it lets you go into the lounge and just relax and get a meal and a drink. These credit cards do have quite a high annual fee, so you do end up paying for it in the end.

Centurian Lounge sucks. They let anyone in there now and it's massively over crowded and it's offerings are poor. It's such a cheesy scene of wannabes and posers. Airports are a lot better now. Main concourse offerings are a lot better.

All the Centurion lounges suck. They're usually a long way from gates, crowded, and not great. Not worth the time. Most airports are better now with better food and drink offerings and lounge like areas in main and open areas. Centurion not worth it in time and hassle.
