Update 44 for ESO scribing new skills banner bearer focus scripts are all dumb ASF It raises the ability by 6 or 8 % But it reduced all your recovery by 33% as if you were a vampire Just dumb who are making these decisions

Well, I mean... it's supposed to be a group-buffing skill, soooo significant drawback is understandable. Besides, it works like a charm on a HA support in a bigger group. Just dont use group skill playing solo, champ

@vldvvalentin group ability or not, you will have to be an idiot to sacrifice 33% of all your resources just for a 6-8% buff... It's not worth it, then they are so petty lol the 6-8% buff only applies to one type of damage that u r doin. Also, why didn't they make it so u can put poison on a weapon..damn them potions....

@angelmorales9781 Jump off the banner wagon... There's nothing helpful about this new ability. It's way better group abilities and sets for the group. Y'all are pushing a bad ability anything that takes away 33% off all resources isn't a good skill. The risk isn't worth the reward once again it only gives 6-8% buff to one ONE!!! Certain element...but yet it takes down all your resources by 33% What part of this y'all not understanding...
