You know from my perspective, I'm actually playing a Healer build who has essentially my back bar purely dedicated to healing and my front part even has a good bit of Life steal on it too and the thing is I use Blood for Blood and simmering Frenzy which you'd think would be a pretty bad choice but because I'm the group healer and my sets are dedicated to Resource Management and I'm playing a dark elf which means the flame weakness isn't such a weakness and I also get bonus Magicka, it actually turns out pretty well since I'm keeping myself and my allies alive and on top of that because of the vampire abilities, I'm actually able to do a good amount of damage to help out the team too even if it does add the extra risk that I might get blown away because I'm being Reckless and literally spending my health to give myself damage bonuses and do damage in general.

Since the vampire is intended to be played differently than a werewolf, it needs to be built differently. To that end, I think it needs three different skill tress. One for magika base, one stamina base, and one health base. I have only seen werewolves played or depicted a handful of ways, but vampires are varied. So build them to enhance a players character, within in reason, and allow players to take on multiple playstyles. Currently, they are more trouble than they are worth.

I play vampire for both sneaking gameplay and tanking. Undeath is a crazy strong passive and Blood Scion is like Bone Goliath lite. Furthermore, when I’m not tanking and I’m doing DPS, I like to pickpocket and DB radiant quests, so the fast sneak helps tremendously.

The skills are all there but they're so nerfed that the builds are unusable against high damage foes. The idea that you get nerfed more for each Vamp level is utterly stupid and annoying.

Mesmorize is an rp skill it allows you to talk to vendors while in stage 4 status.. Normally they won't talk to you

The most fun vampire build i've ever made recently for this patch is my "Blood Knight" build. Breton nightblade tank - 64 hp points, all max magicka enchants and either spell damage or magicka recovery on the jewelry. Run swarming scion ultimate, double ice staves with dark convergence for grouping mobs in dungeons, crimson for survivability and bloodspawn for quick ulti gain. Such a fun build

I think it would be cool if mesmerize worked like an actual charm rather than a stun. Causing enemies to attack each other would be unique and would make the requirement of them looking in your direction more worth it.

That would be amazing! You hit them with it and the damage of their next attack/ability is deflected to an ally in the area instead of you. Even if it was a really high-cost skill. Just imagine the damage and chaos it would cause to those toxic ball-zerg groups in cyro.

Fully agree - Back in the day EverQuest had an enchanter class and you could charm mobs as your pet and it was game changing! Sure if Charm broke/wore off it was almost certain death for the enchanter, but this would be a good improvement for the class. Maybe ESO just can’t figure out how to code this?

Too strong, stage 5 negates the downside of being a vampire, maybe if say using the ulti keeps the stage 5 effect for 1 second per 3 ultimate spent after the ulti wears off

Here are the things i want for vampires in ESO. 1: Better incentives to go Vampire stage 4. 2: Decrease the debuffs of Vampire stages buy a lot. 3: Give cooler looking lore based skills. Example: Bat swarm dash. Or super speed. 4: Tweak the Vampire skill line to work a lot better with builds. 5: More roleplay opportunitys like dialogue options for Vampires. 6: Ability to transform at will for vampires. Maybe as a polymorph or something. 7: A Vampire themed personality. 8: Skill morphs for Mag and Stam. 9: Ability to create thralls. 10: Give more reasons to go Vampire in general.

Literally bought this game at release and have been playing it off an on since. I can sum up my entire eso experience with "man this COULD be cool if only..." Thats literally the entire game. Just take vampire health recovery for example.. Shouldn't, logically, vampires GAIN health recovery.. aren't they supposed to be immortal beings able to recover almost instantly from wounds? Nononono ZOS thinks every single thing in the game needs to have a negative effect somehow. I'm getting tired of kiss-curse balancing.

@@brandonm7913 no you can play in the daylight as a vampire in elder scrolls you’re just weaker. This as he translated to no health recovery in morning, less stamina and magica pool by 30% and wpn dmg down by 300 in the day.

I agree. Nothing but de-buffs. It's pretty much impossible to play at Vamp level 4. You almost kill yourself jumping off the Solitude wall and don't recover. Ridiculous. There's no point having something if it's unplayable. I still have a lot of Vamps because I don't do PVP but it's still a trade-down and a punishment to be one. They need to add buffs, FFS.

All the work all the effort all the programming all the decision making that went into designing the vampire class for ESO. And the only thing it's good for is 2 passives in PvP. Undead passive stage 3 and the extra weapon and spell damage when coming out of sneak at stage 2. Vampire needs a complete breakdown and rebuild.

I always figured that Vampire was supposed to allow for high- health-stat -based dps or solo builds, where the new gameplay angle was riding a low health percentage, with a variety of different builds based on how each class would handle the mitigation or self-healing required to ride and with the optional crutch of the ult's full heal as being an escape if you started to slip.

I say the vampire could be better by making it similar to other elder scrolls games. Here are some ideas: 1: a spell that absorbs health from the enemy where you recover a percent of your health 2: Summon a gargoyle. 3: A passive when it comes to PVE where you have an easy time with speech 4: an action where you turn into bats and dash. 5: a specific quest to unlock werewolf and vampire to make it easier to become one

There is a skill that absorbs health and heals yourself but it just isn’t good enough to use. When it comes to the bat dash, you can dash and become invisible but sadly no bats..

The whole "The Vampire has to be squishy" approach kills the Vampire Fantasy for me. Taking a hit from a world boss that almost costs you 50% of your health, the first thing a player is going to do is bring his health back to full so he do not die on the next hit. You can have a good time with a sneaky vampire build against normal foes but thats it for me. All the skills look cool and i would love to play a powerfull Vampire Necromancer. But every Vampire Skill i add, makes the Necromancer weaker and thats not fun to me. The Stun skill is cool and powerfull and it works as intendet but for all the negativ weakening things you have to live with as a level 4 Vampire it is barely worth it.

I think vampire is still viable in pve, I just had to tweak my build to remove mist form. I'm currently running a vampire stamblade and believe it or not wall of elements works well with mesmerize. I use that while tanking and have refreshing path on that bar as well, front bar I'm dual wielding and using inner beast to taunt. It's effective and I basically never die thanks to self Heals. Still in the works, looking for good aoe debuff. Haven't got caltrops yet

I made a Coldharbour Themed character by making a Vampire Sorcerer. I personally feel the two complement each other. Vampire provides good self buffs, damage and add control, while Sorcerer skills fill in the gaps. I tried to make a "Blood Mage" with Nightblade, and found that it works as well, though, in my opinion, not as effective. Just my opinion, don't stab me through the heart for it 😅 I do wish that they made better Vamp Stam morphs...

I have a vampire sorcerer but I never associated her with cold harbour. But the heals from critical surge does fill in the gaps for sure. And the pet heals too. I just wish there was a HoT but can’t have it all.

The nerfs have absolutely destroyed any progress they had made to repairing vampires after Greymoor….that being said I’m still playing vampire on my sorc and necro. Working on a good one bar load out for my necro vampire…was running diamonds but can’t get the proc with my skill bar set up but still fun

I feel like the other morph of Vampiric Drain (Drain Vigor) should be changed to the Drain Life spell from Skyrim. The raged spell from being a Vampire Lord, have it up to heal based on missing health, the damage, no longer change and becomes raged.

I still believe the health regen is completely opposite of what vampires do. The DR with missing health is good but health regen should not have been removed. I can handle some of the other weaknesses but removing health regen for a vampire was dumb. Vampire's regenerate easily in the lore of ESO and other fantasy settings.

I use blood frenzy with 5 heavy armor, 1 medium and 1 light. Use food to stay at stage 1 Vamp and have enough passive healing from health recovery that I can keep it going at all times for the max bonus damage. Great for solo content imo.

General rule of thumb for me is: werewolf for stamina classes and vampire for magicka classes. The one change I would make is to make the two skill lines more similar. Like, make it so we can upkeep the vampire ultimate like werewolves can. And make it so we can use werewolf skills while not transformed.

Should be able to transform anytime just not the level of the ultimate. The only penalty should be to the vampire skill line. I agree with you about the health thing. If anything there should be more health and stamina the higher your level 1, 2, 3, 4 and the higher your magicka the lower your level 4, 3, 2, 1. Vampires are undead after all.

you forgot to mention something about mesmerize/stupefy: it can be used to charm the npc's into talking to you as a stage 4 vampire if you want not to drop a vamp-stage to do that. The other morph, hypnosis, it nullifies this effect. As far as i am concerned it is the only use for that skill (but it does not work on pack-masters for some reason)

My biggest issue is how they nerfed frenzy, especially the morph that increased the damage, before it would grant damage buff of 350 or so with an increase the longer your in it with no cap, making it worth using for major fights. now it feels lackluster

In pve i use a bow/2h necro with the sefish morph of vigor and, my guardian to keep up seethe. I haven't taken her to vet yet but, this combination lets me walk through most content.

Stamblade and Stamcro can do great things with vampire! Stamblade stage 4: Stygians + imperial race + Ring of the wild hunt. Stamcro stage 3: orc race, gaze of sithis. Those are the minimal things I keep the same with those two builds. They go much deeper though.

vampires in movies, shows and books have great health recovery, healing or not taking damage from most anything, super fast, super strong. Kind of what they did with werewolf. So why go in the complete opposite direction? Just don't make them if you can't do it right. It should be as fun to play as Werewolf is even if you want it for different playstyles and lets face it, most people probably would want to play them the same as playing a werewolf. I still see people asking for bites, but as far as I've heard it's just for the stealth stuff you can have at stage1.

For me, personally, the vampire update was a MAJOR disappointment. More so, it didn't even make sense based on the canon, the existing vampire npcs in game, or the videos they were using to promote it. If anything, they should be BOOSTING the health regen to insane amounts but removing the ability to be healed by others or potions. While i *like* the idea of Scion, i don't like it for myself. THAT should be like the Werewolves 'Pack Leader' Morph, but as a perk point. You only transform if you spend that point. I miss my bat swarm but hate that i would have to transform to use it. The feeding was a huge issue as well, as it did literally nothing except add a vampire level. Feeding should heal you, as well as give you buffs, more so, if you're not healed by potions or others. Also, weird issue but I rarely get the cool animations and it seems to be 90% that weird ranged legacy of kain feeding or the creepy hand licking at 5%, with the cooler animations being the last 5%. I clearly have a LOT of gripes on this one, but i really feel like they did a massive diservice to the players on this.

I love mesmerize!! Use some kinda rush attack.. distance closer. Everyone turns to face you..then use. On my night blade I then use a group siphon...all dead before expires. Best skill of all in my opinion. That and running invisible. Have 4 vamps for those 2 reasons. Worth it

mesmerize is pretty decent if you ask me. i am using the hypnosis morph on my templar tank since they don't have a class stun. with the tormentor set i can taunt multiple enemies if i also use explosive charge and they will automatically face my direction immediately.

Something I think would be really cool, would be if once you transformed, you get an even more powerful variant of your vampire skills. Like a better drain, maybe it’s a cone AOE? Or just drains more or more resources. Mesmerize? Maybe the headache has even more range. Maybe it does some damage too to those effected. Mist form? Maybe you’re even faster and have bat swarms around you to damage enemies. The blood buff, maybe it grants even more? Though that might be a little too OP. And eviscerate, maybe it heals you a little or does poison damage like the poison claws in Skyrim? These would make vampire lord extremely loved and feared across Tamriel, and a real joy to play. I think it would also incentivize people to make vampire hunters too, which would also be cool.

TY Hack, this is a really good deep dive on VAMPS! Remember when SORCS got a 3rd skill bar for their ultimate, OVERLOAD? I kind of miss that for SORC. WW transform ulti is great with its 3rd bar.. I think VAMP might be more immersive fun with a 3rd bar style VAMP ultimate build setup . I find the way VAMPworks now is broken, imho, tooo many ppl just use it for Undead passive. I prefer that it would have 3rd bar from ULTI only so it goes back to a full immersion 3rd bar ULTI-based niche playstyle. This way it is now is a pain in the ass, imo.

Both my vamp builds, a necro and a sword/ board tank, made great use of mist form's damage reduction. They used blood mist and elusive mist respectively. My Necro used it as a consistent part of the rotation to heal and stack it as another aoe. It was a super fun solo build. Not any more. My tank used it as the "o shit" button and it was a great way to escape boss aoe and big hits you knew were coming. It was the only vamp skill that never left the bar and the only one that had any practical use. Now, both my builds are trashed and basically just use standard abilities that cost a bit more for nothing. There's no practical reason to be a vamp.

The health recovery thing would be a lot less annoying if companions would heal outside of combat. It really bugs me that they just stand there while you're on the brink of death. For the rest it feels like ZOS was very afraid to make the skill line overpowered. I could take all the downsides if you'd actually gain considerable power. But, it's a thin line between a useless skill line and an overpowered, mandatory skill line. Maybe a third "witch hunter" skill line that is mutually exclusive with vampire/werewolf and makes you better at fighting vampires, werewolf, daedra and undead could balance things out.

Ultimately this goes back to the days and it's still kind of true today. Zos favors stamina they always have. It used to be all stamina morphs were usually stronger had better buffs before hybridization. Even now most stamina abilities are better and give better buffs biting jabs for one stronger more buffs than the magic morph. D-swing or snipe compared to impulse don't get me started. All in all stamina is better and if there is a magic ability that's better than stamina well now with hybridization you can use it to. So why be magicka-based. Other than a healer I guess.

The last thing you said - Vampire abilities become more Powerfull as your vampire stage increases would be a cool way to make Vampires more interesting. You get punished for being less "human" but you become a stronger vampire. More Healing and i mean musch more healing and damage with the leech abiliity and maybe your spammable also heals you back. Other classes have their spammables healing them so why did the devs think that such a weak Vampire the best to fit the theme?

Vampire need BAT form for traveling or BAT ability that can fly sort amount of time like 10 seconds and then ability go to cool down for half minute or full minute. Something like Psijic Order -undo ability not similar effect but useful tool ability in some situation in open world map to not go all around map to get some citys like in Reaper March map or so.

I'm currently working on a necro tank with lots of health. The idea is when someone brings me down to low health when I have like 50k and around 80k when in the bone ultimate form. I'd be dealing a shit tone of damage with the first vamp ability, and drain could restore a lot of my health, in addition to the support and tank abilities from the necromancer skill lines. would make it pretty hard to kill me

Assuming they didn't buff vampires within the four months this video came out, my purposed changes are: During the day, health gain from players reduced by 50% and during the night, auto health Regen + player health gain +50% (Could also have a thing like in Path of Exiles [I believe] where healing hurts you and poison heals you if you really wanted to make vampires seem different from humans but that to me would probably be very hard to balance and get right in this game so just the top portion really) During the day your stamina recovers slower but during the night you have unlimited stamina and sprinting for three seconds turns you into a swarm of bats that makes you faster than anything else in the game aside from werewolves sprinting on all fours (I feel they'd be about the same.) And finally, for the ultimate, the bottom tree turns you into a vampire lord more akin to a werewolf/necromancer hybrid where you go berserk and slash at everything but can also summon creatures to help you fight. Or, you turn into a boss monster yourself. This can be a pve only thing where you turn into a giant bat demon that does a chunk of damage for a couple of seconds. Think the colossus titan from Attack on Titan. Stage 5 is just a normal stage, but it's a passive if you have the bottom tree of your ultimate equipped. Please note; I haven't played the game in a long time so I'm just going based off the video and making some various ideas based on that. If any of this sounds too broken then by all means someone can chalk that up as a bad idea but I think these would make the class a bit more fun and not just "werewolves but worse" kind of thing!

Unfortunately not. Vampire needs a litany of changes. Some changes I would love to see... -Make Eviscerate and its morphs AoE. -Make Mistform a passive, that gives Life Drain attack whilst blocking. -Add Major Expedition to Unnatural Movement passive. -Add Giant Bat familiar(no duration). -Add some sort of instant cast Ground AoE DoT.

After I resigned my fate to being a solo vampire, I picked up the Ring of the Pale Order, and the overall gameplay became much more enjoyable and felt more "vampiric". It is unfortunate that to make vampires feel vampiric we need outside sources (locked behind an additional paywall, no less), so adding a Pale Order-like effect to the Vampire skill line would be a big improvement, I think. The forums used to be brimming with suggestions for additions and improvements, but alas it appears even the most die-hard users have given up on vampires at this point.

Ok so for my main I've kept as a stage 4 vampire for the majority of the time I've been playing and at some stage of vamp for even longer. I might've even done it as soon as I made it out of the deadlands the first time and since then I've tried multiple build types to try to mesh along with this aspect I'm determined to keep. However the thing that keeps me stage 4 is the auto vanish after 3 seconds of sprint. That is my favorite skill over any over I've experienced with my main or my 4 other toons.

I run vampire lord and orders wrath, stage 4 vamp with shape shifters chain and potentates set. 140ult cost with good enough damage for vet content, put that on a nightblade or necro and gg ult gen spam. It just really struggles in solo content.

I just use the vampire S4 to get Unnatural Movement to get around solo, and the occasional feed instakill at range. Don't even use the vamp skills. I'm not as effective in group content, but I rarely do much group content anyway.,

As I see this as a werewolf player, Vampires should be able to play any build or playstyle without being too punished, like you can be a werewolf and not use it at all or not build arround it, right now being a vampire requires you to build specificly for it (im not saying you shouldnt get punished otherwise every1 would be a vamprie). Im just saying people should be able to be a vampire and still be able to play the game just with a little difference to the rest. 4 example when you are at stage 4, you cannot talk to npc in cities, why not adding vampires hideout in all the cities, so they can do their stuff, that would be cool

Vampires live forever and regenerate mostly everything. I don't get the whole "Vampires are weak so they are mostly dying" aspect of the vampire kit. Also why would you regenrate less when you have consumed blood? vampires in the ES lore are incredibly powerful but the mechanics on the games always made them very weak.

Scion should be a transformation that you can sustain with vampdrain so it is more useful then it currently is as is. It is underutilized as more of a near death comeback because of the 100% heal if we could sustain the transformation it can have more

I use mesmerize on my templar pvp troll tank. A lot of times players come directly at me and I way to occupy them for as long as possible, have it be for distraction or giving my allies time to come in with a bomb.

I liked the old tree better, such as the drain ability stunning the enemy at the end. It was cheesy in low lvl PVP because people didn't even know/bother about interrupting you not to get stunned but at least in high lvl PVP it put more stamina pressure on people with a way to catch runners.

I feel like the vampire needs buffs or reworks as well. Maybe the ring of the pale order would help it because you heal yourself as you damage and night blade siphoning but idk.

honestly I think the Devs would of been happier if they could had just made a new class instead with vamp, like it's actively designed with you solely using it's powers in mind (and for some reason punish you for not doing it)

Also wish they would’ve kept the old vampire skills separate from the new vampire lord. Maybe they could compliment each other and throw a quest line in or something to unlock the vampire lord skills.

Yes and no. If you are tank - no. If you are dps - yes but with good self healing. For example i have vampire templar dps. To overcome "increased Regular Ability cost" i use Breton(Reduces the Magicka cost of your abilities by 7%) and Perfected False God's Devotion(Reduces the cost of your Magicka abilities by 8%). Stage 4 - i run it when i play solo. Running in mist in public dungeon from boss to boss is fun and no time waste on trash mobs. Stage 3 - when i play in group to reduce "increased Regular Ability cost" and for "Reduces your damage taken by up to 30% based on your missing Health".

In relation to the health recovery and the can't be healed stuff. I personally think they should drop the skill cost reduction for non-vamp skills, reverse the health recovery and add in to the passives a penalty to being healed instead. I mean one of the most common vampire things is they regenerate wounds so why the shit does it do the opposite of that? I think the being adverse to healing effects (that aren't vampire skill line) would make sense, or just being healed by others like the rage skill vamps have. Beyond that I just wish the ultimate was more like Vampire Lords in Skyrim, but then I also want Werebear skill line (with some options for tanking). So I kinda feel like the whole vampire lord-ish transformation we have now should of just been a second skill line on top of revamping this one. Or make the transformation like, not an ultimate. Like just a normal skill and when you transform it alters/improves the vampire existing skills. Could have caster/melee oriented version of the skills (Vampire lord in skyrim literally had melee vs spellcasting when floating). Then again I also would love a shapeshifter like class where it's not just ultimates doing that. Completely unrelated to vampires of course. Seriously though Werebears.

Alot of builds use stage 3 for the undeath passive. Vampire Builds are super OP in Solo PvE content but not so much in PvP - only skill really used in PvP is mist form. IMO the Vampire skill line needs a passive that makes you more powerful the more vamp skills you have on ur bar.

This should be like werewolf, make the ultimate an actual transformation then have a separate bar with vamp abilities, or at the very least let you regain ultimate while on it

I agree, the vampire needs an almost complete redo, but I believe that until they can separate pvp and pve I don't believe they will. Most vamp are used by pvp nightblades or others to mitigate damage. also why does on the ww can stay for days on their transformation ultimate but vampires can't? this always leaves me thinking that vampires are hated by zos and now microsoft 😕

@@llawlied6902 The passives are the main reason, she hits HARD out of stealth. The only vamp skill I use is Elusive Mist to get tf out of trouble. That, combined with the Undeath passive, helps with survivability a lot. EDIT: I should note I really only play BGs, rarely Cyrodil.

*Here is my idea:* Increase the ramping stuff on low HP to something crazy so that vampires become really scary during the ideally short time they are at mid-low HP until they fall to boss AoE or execution spam. *Reason:* The new vampire tree is all about tanky/hp builds IMO. %hp-scaling abilities, ramping dmg and dmg resistance for lower health and lower resource requirements to DPS. The problem is it's just not effective enough. With things becoming more effective only with lower health it kind of turns you into a weaker DPS build that needs to lose HP before dealing any dmg at all. In tough PVE content that doesn't work in part because you don't get healed and in PVP it's bad because you are constantly in, or near, execution HP range.

Blood for Blood should be changed. Instead of cannot be healed by teammates. Add a stamina cost on top of the health cost to make it viable for group contents. Cannot be healed nerfs your dps so hard with sets like SPC

Just saying before watching the video, no it's not worth it. The only reason i kept my vampire was for Swarming Scion. The insta heal was pretty nice in solo for tight situations but that was it. They nerfed the mist just becouse of a single boss in a trial WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK.....

Skills should have stage 1 - 4 variances. Maybe make it where you're more of a glass cannon at stage 4 instead of a wet tissue. I'd also add a passive where there's increased damage reduction as your health gets lower, making it less punishing to use skills that require low hp. However, given that ZOS will be ZOS, they'll probably nerf it to hell because "mUh PvP" instead of using Battle Spirit.

I have already deleted all vampire skills from my characters when "Z's" team started mucking up the skills of this weak skill line, of which only a portion of the skills could augment my Sorcerer or Necromancer: what "Z" and its team have omitted is the history of vampires and werewolves. up front they are more powerful than humanoids (of which have a life span and began to die the day they are born); yes, they can be killed but it takes more than taking out mere mortals. The team needs to be more familiar with the skill line they wish to introduce and apply in such a way as to make it more appealing (do their homework) for those of us who wish to intergrade/immerge skills of this line into our characters (the likes of Sorcerers or Necromancers to enhance the play style. If not, chalk it up as another pipe dream and move on. Moreover, I, too, liked Graymoor....

I definitely agree maybe make it to where stage 4 you only receive 75% health recovery and when you're using abilities you only receive 50% of the healing that's definitely a good idea also they just need to rework or remove the vampire CC move it's just a worse CC than everything else like if you don't have a good CC you go get time bubble

You know you can't get healed by others just so you have access to skills where you need to have lower HP right? You yourself said that it's very hard not to get healed so that's why you can't get healed while using that... Otherwise a healer would just shut you down? I haven't played vampire myself, the benefits aren't there to being one but it's still very obvious to me why things are the way they are, they wouldn't need small skill changes the whole thing would need to be reworked, hopefully they do but not holding my breath

The missing health gameplay component in those skills is so useless in any group setting, you'll get healed by the breaker no matter what, as they usually put their heal on the floor, and they're not gonna stop doing that just because they have the RP vampire in their group, the whole thing really needs a rework

I'm not sure if this is the current state of vampires but I can think of a few changes. This might be long because I really enjoy the vampire/werewolf playstyle and idea of them. For vampire because that is what this video is focused on this is what I would do. I would completely remove the health recovery debuff. This doesn't make sense to me a vampire in EVERY lore ever written has insane self health recovery. To be honest I believe the heath recovery at stage 4 should be 200% or more of what a normal race player is. If you are at stage 4 you are the strongest vampire, the most fed, with the most damage penalty from fire. So if this is the case no one else takes increase damage like the werewolves and vampires. So I strongly believe that the passive health regen should be the highest on vampire then followed by a transformed werewolf. So they should do something like vampire stages 1/2/3/4 health recovery 60%/80%/100%/200-250%. As for lore purposes and all depictions of vampires throughout all movies and tv shows vampires and werewolves are stronger, faster, and have a way better health recovery. So I believe that vampires at stage 4 should have increased damage, speed, and recovery to resources and health. So something along the lines of this. Stage 1/2/3/4 resource regen should be similar to health recovery stated earlier. Now the stronger would be harder to balance each stage could become a little stronger than before like 2%/4%/6%/8% more damage and then you could have like less damage taken and you get to choose to be either more of a tank or more damage. So understand the statement more damage as the vampire OR less damage taken. Now to counteract what I said as you go through the stages the fire damage and fighter guild abilities you take increases. There could be a penalty for being out in the sun too like at stage 4 you are the same strength as a normal player or something. But I dont know well that would work or how difficult it would be to accomplish. I think the increase in class ability cost is ok if you do this. It doesnt count for weapon abilities because that doesnt make sense. And I agree with the using vampire skills you cant be healed by other players. Most games if you are undead and get healed it hurts you. So I would do this. I would put life on hit on all the vampire skills to counteract the unable to be healed by other players. And it could be like in the stages too. Vampire stages 1/2/3/4 decrease healing received by other players by 60%/70%/80%/100%. And then increases the life on hit by a certain percentage through each stage. These are just my ideas how I would change vampire. I honestly think these ideas would make vampires more vaible and fun to play. I have a ton of ideas how I would make the werewolves better too. Its like come on ESO these are super natural creatures that should be stronger, faster, and better recovery than normal humans/races/classes whatever you want to call it. They have penalties more damage from fighters guild and fire or poison. These are again my opinions that I think could work. Thanks for anyone that stuck around for the read.

Vampires in 95% of the other media: have regeneration, stronger the more vampiric you become. Vampires in ESO: no regeneration when fully vampiric. 🤷♂️
