Why was there no narrative before this saying if you win a championship to switch teams afterwards because more rings in the same place don’t matter? In 2020 (right after The Last Dance documentary was released), the ESPN poll numbers for OVERALL BETTER/OVERALL GOAT was 73% for Michael Jordan and 27% for LeBron James. I have noticed some of the usual ESPN Jordan supporters saying in some form or fashion that if LeBron wins the title this year he could very well be considered the GOAT - SAS, Michael Wilbon, Tim Legler, and possibly others.
