Smaller ball is already the way to go. Lowering the rim would just make things worse because every rim height is the same everywhere. It's not logical at all to have a different height just simply for dunking.

@@braize6279 and the 3 point line is the same everywhere else! And 99% of the balls are the same for grown folk, they already changed 2 of 3 main things to make it easier, the obvious next thing would be to lower the rims so they can also dunk, they can dunk now but barley and only a VERY small amount. Yeah they would have to adjust there shot slightly but if they could poster people and actually slam it, it would make it much more entertaining, people like action and highlights, and that would bring more viewers, that’s just facts and common sense 🤷🏻‍♂️

I am mostly Team-Smith. But Stephen A. was just wrong that CC is not good enough to be on the team now. And that is not my opinion. That is is the opinion of the team. It was insiders connected to the team that said that she could not be on the team because of the way that her fans would react. In other words, the team acknowledged that she actually was talented enough to be on the team. They just barred her for non-basketball reasons. Also, one person on that team will be 42 years old in the olympics. CC already has better statistics than that player NOW. I am nost saying that CC will be have a better career, or is better than that player was 20 years ago, or even four years ago, but, CC is a statistically better player NOW in nearly every single category. Also, another player on the team has not played in nine months due to injury. Obviously, CC is a better player than that player NOW. So, no, I am not going to listen to anyone trying to lecture me that this was a purely basketball decision. Not even the team itself is saying that. This was a decision based on pettiness. I have to side with ladies on this one…Eyes are on the league because of Caitlin Clark, now let promote some of the already talented players that have been doing it to bring even more excitement, a WNBA Allstar Weekend. You can’t do that when there is only one Allstar that’s being Received.

It’s ironic though that shaq and Grady suggested to lower the rim so that they could dunk but the reality is, NBA players do more shooting than dunking now a day specially with the popularization of Steph Curry’s shootings, big men doing 3 points, and Caitlyn Clark’s 3 point shootings. So it’s kinda contradicts that people now a days still like seeing rim attack. Rim attack is such uncommon now a days that it’s a treat when you see one. All these 7 footers are now expert of perimeter shooting than rim attack. Caitlyn Clark is famous because of her perimeter shooting not because she can dunk.

ESPN needs to get rid of a bunch of folks. Its a joke watching these clowns. There are a few good people on ESPN still left, but too many folks were fired and the ones who were hired... yeah.... not good.

"My marketing is doing just fine" And why is that? I like Andraya Carter just as much as the next person, but this statement is exactly why the WNBA is going to implode. Because the players are thinking this way too. Same with the die hard original fans. They think they can elevate the WNBA without Clark. It's so stupid. They had a perfect chance here to elevate their game and their sales, and they somehow made it worse.

I definitely agree with you about the SAS-McNutt thing. The problem isn't that SAS didn't talk about the WNBA, the problem is that the WNBA isn't exciting to watch. You can't have exciting commentary about something that isn't exciting. Now that I finished the video, I see that's exactly what they were arguing about in the end.

Would the WNBA feel this way about how Caitlin Clark is being treated if she was black? I think it’s pathetic the way they are basically crying about their salaries and ratings and media coverage, but they missed a golden opportunity to uplift their stock.
