She has no problem with Ime Udoka's name being publicized yet when calls for the name of the women to be publicized, she claims that that's victimizing women and that we do not know all the facts. Well she has no problem bringing up past allegations/associations of men at critical points of their lives(ie when they are about to get drafted or when they are about to get a head coaching job). I have seen a lot of men especially black men complain about how she basically tears down a black man for example the Boston Celtic coach yes he was wrong for having affairs but so were the woman who were a legal age and consented to the relationship but she was treating them as if they were human trafficking victims. Another example is this guy I think josh giddey who is white and accused of messing with underage girls she spoke on it but said we don’t have all the Factz so I can’t necessarily speak on it but when this other basketball player was shot for helping his girlfriends friend during a domestic dispute and lost his life she mentioned how he had rape charges against him but the charges were dropped, she never mentioned the reasoning for the shooting. I don’t watch espn bc I don’t care for sports but for the people who don’t watch espn & are not “tapped” into malika then no one will really see the issue. Basically she is biased she sees all woman as victims and don’t want to hold them accountable and from what I have seen she loves holding black men to a higher standard. Good video, although you failed to mention when that one NBA player died for no reason Malika Andrews brings up either some already taken care of charge is not fully charge. Charge is just some BS that didn’t need to be brought up after the man had already died and she wants to bring up negativity and everybody knows that it just always a bad taste.

Malika is a typical modern day feminist, the only point that matters is her point. She argues with former NBA players who have better insight than she does. Always has to be right and has the last say. She is the reason I don’t watch any show she is in. I liked Rachel nichols it was a mistake to let her go.

I think that Malika Andrews still has a job because of her good looks and nothing else! But this ain't a fashion show! She ain't a model! She's a sports journalist and she's supposed to act like one! Meaning being objective and unbiased! If ESPN can't rein her in, just fire her! Like they did with Rachel Nichols!
@zyzzyz70359 ай бұрын
No. More like who she is doing.

@@Iniquityslasher I don't think that color has anything to do with it, because once ESPN decided to clean house, they fired black men like Jalen Rose, who "coincidentally" got fired after the armpit incident, LaPhonso Ellis, Mark Jackson etc.
@MrCcoolg9 ай бұрын
Malika is on her knees for that job. It was rumored that she slept around to get where she is. I Also believe that she had a part in bugging Rachel Nichols' room. I could see her comments getting out if she had been "hot miked", meaning her mike wasn't turned off for a commercial break but it wasn't the case. Think about it for a minute. ESPN was already in the process of firing and re-assigning people. Who stood the most to gain for Nichols' insecurity? Right, Malika Andrews. She's no dummy, trust me. Nichols probably told Andrews her fear in confidence once before and Andrews found a way to take advantage of that. After all, the audio was "leaked". There couldn't have even been any audio to leak if the bugging hadn't been planned from Jump Street. Andrews is a cutthroat bitch but she will get hers in the end. Karma always comes back. As far as the NBA is concerned, if all of the players stop doing interviews where she is involved, ESPN and the league won't have a choice but to can her ass.

malika andrews is barely even a sports journalist. i think rachel nichols is more proven than her and she don't bring up people's past when important events come up.

She was hired entirely for "optics." That is the ESPN MO lately. Another example, the ignorant "analyst" who called JJ Redick an "average shooter" at the NBA draft. As long as ESPN keeps doing what it is doing, I won't express it in words but everybody knows, we are going to be subject to this idiocy.

Based on this video, it seems Malika may be a sports journalist but she has a political motive to it. Pointing out ppls past, bad plays, non sports related comments and questions. Problem with her being fired is ppl would call ESPN racist & anti feminist before knowing the real story about her being fired. Political correct culture is ruining this world!

It appears her job is to do background checks on anyone that have been involved with anything that would put Malika in the limelight which is not looking for there accolades but things there trying to overcome. Maybe someone should be digging deep down into issues that wasn't pleasant in her life

Why is this even a thing? If every Black player refused to be interview by her, answer any of her questions and just blatantly ignore her 100% of the time that would be that. She's still going to do what she does, because that's what sellouts do, but responding to her is what give the situation power. Ignore her into obscurity.

Malika has some issues that have been covered from her formal years of school. Her character seems questionable to say the least. Juvenile records are almost always sealed, but then there are sometimes likes. Depending on the profile of the subject.
