BRILLIANT calculation by Omar Kahn and Coach Tomlin. They get a 9 Time Pro Bowler that's a healthy age 35, for veteran league minimum salary, then DUMP your backup that thinks being a backup is beneath him (but never played much better than one), then finally, hire Pickett's replacement as a late 1st round draft pick (perhaps a Michael Penix Jr.), who's GRATEFUL to be a backup, for cheap, and MIGHT replace Wilson long term as he learns the position from Wilson. Receivers were wide open in Canada games and Kenny didn’t even see them on the field!! For goodness sakes watch the play Kenny runs to a 4 week injury!! Calvin Austin is wide open the entire route!! In the end zone jumping up and down!! All he had to do was throw the ball!! Same thing in Texans game!! Wide open in end zone!! No touchdown!! Kenny was atrocious!!

Not really. He's not good.

Realistically, they had to bring in at least one more QB. Now two with Mason gone. Shouldn’t they try to bring in one of the best available? Kenny is being ridiculous.

Pickett did have opportunities at Pittsburgh. So they bring in Russell Wilson for Kenny Pickett to compete against for QB1. Apparently, that was too tall of a task for KP. Wow what a crash and burn attitude. It should have been an opportunity to learn from RW to better himself. So long Kenny, I don’t know what I’m gonna do with your jersey though.

They'll let Pickett go. But the stillers have held on to mike tomlin for 16 years longer than they should have. But they're afraid to get rid of him. It's sad

Funny a lot of people think Lions should draft him in the first round to replace Goff lmao

I thought in the NFL teams that trade a draft pick for a player have to give up the same round that player they are trading for was drafted in

Man I’ll be honest as a Steelers fan… he played hurt and honestly feel this could have been his year. But wish him well and hopefully he gets a change to redeem his career.
