I was at this game today with my pops. As a skins fan and Russ fan...it was an absolute blast. Russ wasn't on today but every single big throw they needed him to make he made it today. Also Patrick queen is an absolute manimal dude was all over the field as usual. Jayden didn't throw any TDs but he made all the biggest throws for us to keep the drives sustained. Both teams were hitting big time in this game.

@@krknife To be fair that was very close and the Steelers have been burned by bad spots as well. It all depended on the spot as there wasn't enough to overturn anything called on the field. We almost certainly got a break on Pierre and that pass defensed as he ran into the WR before the ball got there and clearly didn't have his head turned around...in fact it looked pretty comical on replay. But honestly this game could have been a blowout by us. That fake punt was so there for the taking- it shows they knew their aggressive tendency and saw the uncovered gunner, just gotta do the wide open pitch and catch. Totally swung the momentum around.

It was literally the perfect call by Coach T. They haven't done any fakes all year, so to start the back half of the schedule by putting that on film forces teams moving forward to have to prepare for it. Executed perfectly by the entire unit except Pierre. Coach Danny went for a jog because he knows how devastating not making the play is. The trust they put into him to make that play is why you see them all react like that on the sideline. It just can't happen. He's gotta make that play.

Last year for 3/4 Broncos were trying to establish the run and than in last quarter was "C'mon let Russ save us and game". Last year Broncos were top 3 teams in running attempts. Play calling was horrible, literally they lost 4 games because of bad callings and poor game managment of Payton. This year is no difference, they have 5 wins only because they won some games against top 6-7 worst teams like Panthers, Raiders, Jets and Saints(without Carr). Only good team they beat was Tampa Bay Buccneers and they are border line playoff team, not top10 teams in NFL. Last year Russ was beating Chiefs, Bills, Packers, Vikings, Chargers all teams that were good playoff teams last or this year, it wasn't his fault that defense didn't exist in first 6 game, allowing QBs like Heineckie and Z.Wilson to drop 30,35 points on them and even allowing 70 pts. Russ was balling from day 1 last, but Payton tried everything to get rid of him. So stop lying like Payton was trying to work and help Russ.

@@RheemQ In 15 years with NO Saints, Payton missed playoff 6 times having 5 losing seasons and on 8-8 season (that's 40% times), that was all while he had Drew Breese in his prime. Also if we take away that SB winning season, he has losing record in playoff also, after that SB season he never had another season with at least 2 wins in playoff. I know he knows more about coaching a football team more than me and you and billions others, but there are at least 50-100 people who are better than him in coaching a football team. He can coach only specific style of football with specific players, outside of that box, he can't be productive coach. And you don't need to be Sigmund Freud to establish he's cocky, arrogant, bighead, narcisstic and full of himself. He got lucky with that onside kick in SB 2009, it was 50:50 call, but we saw last year against Raiders how that ends if it doesn't work. Also because of his bad play calling Broncos lost also against Patriots, Texans and Jets, but he and media blamed Russ for everything. Nobody wanted to point a finger at him even when they were 1-5 and defense was allowing 35+ points per game, somehow even that was Russ' fault.

I'm happy for Russel Wilson. With Seattle it was getting old and Sean Peyton wasn't very supportive. I jumped for joy when I heard he was going to the Steelers because that's exactly the change he needed. His weakness is he hangs onto the ball too long and gets sacked or the ball just slips out of his hands. His strength is 30 to 40 yard pass plays. He was destined to play for the Steelers it suits him.
