There will be a dip in attendance they will go back to their avg but its not that bad. Iowa avg about 10k fans Iowa St avg a little more cus it's closer to Des Moines then Iowa City is but women's basketball has always been very popular in the state of Iowa it's something that the state has a very rich history in.

WAIT! Pete Maravich averaged 44 points per game, Clark 28. He averaged 1,222 points per year, Clark 988 per year. Total college games played Maravich 83, Clark 139. Freshmen could not play. AND no 3-point line.

Maya was a monster and literally at the top of her game stepped away and chose another path that was more rewarding to her. Caitlin was a kid all over again 😂

I'm a big fan of both Maya and Caitlin. But I think the Maravich record should have an asterisk next to it since Pete did it in 3 years and CC did it in 4. It wasn't due to injury, but in Pete's day freshman couldn't play on the varsity. In his 3 years he averaged something like 44 point per game. That's not to minimize CC's impact on the game, but just sayin'.

Big Pitcher there was No 3 point line with Pistol Pete So the records aren't real. Go back and count Pete's 3 point shots then start the Count

Keith is right Pete maravich took 39 shots a game to set is record,where Caitlin Clark took 19 shots a game to break Pete maravich. If Caitlin Clark had took 39 a game. Caitlin Clark would have broken Pete maravich record a long time ago. And Caitlin Clark would have scored over 5 thousands points. Caitlin Clark not a ball hog and didn't take 39 shots a game and Caitlin Clark still beat Pete maravich record. So Caitlin Clark record is real.
