How much longer should this franchise “Hope” for MPJ to be that? now 2 playoffs no shows while on max. This team is in the business of making Championship runs now. Those aspirations shouldn’t be founded in hope. Experiment is over, he needs to get traded if this front office has any common sense.

The move is to trade MPJ so you can have a better bench. You don't keep max players that completely disappear in series. MPJ did it last year, and in the 2nd round this year. He's unreliable. And who knows how long Jokic plays, Basketball is not his love, so you gotta strike while the iron is hot.

MPJ had 7 points in game 7. Against good defense MPJ is worse than Deandre Jordan.

There issue is they need depth but dont have the money. Trading mpj who is way overpaid for them is the best option. Hes just not consistent in the playoffs. When you get outshot by multiple bench players in multiple playoff games on his wage thats an issue

The adjustment to the double was to draw it in more and Ant did that. He made the double commit more by taking his dribble to the break above the 3 pt line. Then when Ant passed it, the next swing pass to the corner (McDaniels) gave him more room to shoot/drive or drive pass. If the Nuggets overly committed to the double, the the first pass (KAT or Conley) had options against a 4 Vs 3. BBIQ, pay attention Dominique

I understand the bench stunk this past season and needs to be addressed, but at the very least use them. The starters are useless if they are gassed, also that's how injuries tend to happen. We need the starters on the floor you say because that's the best chance the Nuggets have to win you say? Well surprise, they lost anyway. So that strategy has some holes. Get MPJ some contact lenses so that opposing team uniforms look like the Lakers. He couldn't miss against them. But against the Wolves. *brick*

I mean come post season time it too late to use them. They will just get ran off the floor. During the season they should’ve stressed bench minutes and having players step up. They especially needed a back up big for Jokic cause not Jokic minutes are painful to watch

Instead of talking about mpj you guys need to talk about Jamal Murray being consistently inconsistent. His contract is coming up he’s the one you guys should be looking at. He wasn’t good for the majority of the playoffs. At least mpj was their second best player against the Lakers.

SO much over-complication for Nuggets. Simply: Gordon and MPJ did not show up in game 7, and overall year/playoffs - Murray was not good enough. Sure, sure bench could be better and Jokic needs a backup to get 3-5 minute rest per half, but this entire year boils down to Murray being hurt and not good enough. With Murray healthy and GOOD enough, Jokic gets more break and bench gets more development.

You do know on that bench there were multiple players who outshot mpj in quite a few games these playoffs. Thats a 34 mil and rising player. At that wage hes just not consistent enough

We are running it back!!! We are 2 consistence good role players of the bench away from a tittle and MPJ must improve(I guess he had other things on his mind) and we in the mix next year..the Nuggets can still be a dinasty like the Spurs with Duncan they never went back to back..
