We live in a country that incarcerates more citizens per capita than any other country in the world, and SOME Americans think we don't lock up ENOUGH people. We take away people's right to vote, effectively making them slaves of the state (taxation without representation) even if they've paid their debt to society. And after people get out of prison, we effectively bar them from gainful employment for the next 7-10 years. And that's just our criminal justice system. As a lifelong Die hard Raiders fan, I’m okay that Jon Gruden is gone. I wish he was fired for being a bad coach, drafting was awful during his tenure as the Raiders head coach. He was coaching like he was still in the 1990’s. His play calling was predictable and boring. But I hope he gets a huge settlement from the NFL because he wasn’t the only person who had sent emails with racist slurs, homophobic remarks and misogynistic comments. The day after all of this went down, I guarantee every professional and collegiate sports teams had their IT departments wiping out all emails and cleaning their files. They all called Hillary Clinton for her expert advice on how to delete emails. So I wish him the best and hope he get paid a ton of money from the NFL
