I'm rooting Vandy, but they onto be top 10....Aggies lost 1 game, curb stomped 1 loss #21 Mizzou, team that beat Vandy, and still are at #14. If we beat LSU I wouldnr be surprised if we are still behind Texas WITH a Vandy loss

It's time to lower the bar for Alabama from going undefeated and winning a natty and heisman under their first year hc to just playing clean disciplined football at increasing levels each game. That would be much more realistic and actually beneficial to the program. Right now it's silly, we're expecting them to be world beaters and they're trying to navigate their for you page.

Even though we are the favorite and are supposed to have superior talent, a LOT of people think Notre Dame will lose to Navy. We are viewed as 'gettable' and 'vulnerable' by many across the country. Navy is hungry and their offense is not the same triple option that everyone is used to. They have a legit passing game, a legit QB and they are playing with confidence. Notre Dame on the other hand, does not play with a chip, gets off to a slow start every week, and aren't impressing anyone on offense. This should be a great game. Kind of a David vs. Goliath feel to it, with most people pulling for Navy and considering ND as fraudulent.

Slow start every week? Have you been watching their games? In just the seven games so far this season, they’ve had first quarter scoring of 21 (Louisville), 14 (Purdue), and 7 (NIU and Stanford). That’s more than half the time they’re starting just fine.

Irrelevant? They’re literally being discussed RIGHT NOW about getting a playoff spot. And they’re not “picking lower ranked teams”. Not their fault FSU went from undefeated regular season to 1-6 overnight, Louisville isn’t as good as they have been recently, and USC can’t close a door right now, much less a competitive game… Unless you’re referring to top-of-the-conference Texas A&M who they best in Texas by 10. They regularly schedule OSU, Georgia, and Clemson, and USC every year.

@timwilliams8343 that's not how that works, on Oct. 24th, 2024 there isn't an single person that thinks Georgia Tech beat a #10 team week 1 (1-6 Florida St)...beating a ranked team means nothing if they fall off a cliff. Michigan is terrible, OU is terrible, Georgia is good

The caveat would be beating a ranked team when they were healthy and then injuries tanked their season. It would count then, but beating "#18" OU 35-3 without 6 WR, then to have unranked SC beating them the following week 32-3 at halftime when they weren't ranked, are you actually saying that Texas beat a ranked team, but SC didnt?
