Yes, it is just one game. Kentucky didn't play well in their SEC opener but has recovered. Ole Miss still has 7 SEC games to make a statement. There is not a bad team in the league. Even Vanderbilt is beating good teams and scaring others. If UK is not careful they will get embarrassed by Vanderbilt. Meanwhile, Ole Miss could put this in the rearview mirror and humiliate S. Carolina. Like you say, on any given Saturday in the SEC.

Kentucky Got lucky at all the right times in this game where they haven't in previous years. That being said they owned the Ball in this game. Didnt let Ole Miss get going from the start. Hard to score points when you dont have the ball. Bush called his best game yet! Only playing the first half against Southern Miss hurt this team from the start of the season. When you play smart football it gives you opportunities. I know that this is not going to be talked about on any telecast, podcast, etc., but on the 4th down conversations Barion Brown consciously secured the football and went down. If he had tried to extend the play and get in the end zone he might have lost the ball. A few plays later UK gets a big break and recovers their own fumble for the game winning touchdown. But if Barion Brown didn't do the smart thing a few plays before they might not have had that opportunity and we might not be talking about a huge win for UK and a playoff-hope-crushing loss for Ole Miss. If UK keeps playing smart football expect more big wins from them.
