Hello The Steiners, thank you very much for this journey to Essouira, you should try sardine grill or fish grill, it's recommended. Essouira is an old city, it's most know by Gnawa festival each summer and also by jewish heritage history, in Essouira there are more than 40 jewish synagoges.
