This recipe is just simple amazing! This is my go to quick dinner. Everyone was amazed after trying it. Quick, simple dinner recipe that you will enjoy. No more spending hours to cook dinner! Ingredients:
450 g of minced meat
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of thyme
black pepper
salt
1 onion
olive oil
1 bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
vegetable oil
200 g of rice
400 ml of water
Parsley (optional)
cook for 25-30 minutes over low heat

I would brown the meatballs quite a bit more, and do it separately from the veggies, so that I could drain all that excess fat after browning. Then add them to the sauteed veggies and proceed with the recipe!!😉 I really enjoy your recipes. They are tasty and easy to prepare! (I just don't enjoy including all the excess fat.)
