Thanks for another informative video. These are basic yet vital tips for regular care of our vehicle. If the suggested routine is cultivated by car owners it would certainly result in extra confidence while sitting behind the wheel, especially on the hilly roads.👍

I truly appreciate ur going about all aspects of DIY MAINTENANCE so systemetically and in simple plain easy to understand language coupled with small demonstrations of each point.That is the WAY TO GO... Before I forget,plz advise what precautions or remedial measures to take if u have an uninvited guest-RAT- surreptitiously calling on u( sneaking slyly, actually in ur engine bay) I experienced recently,to my horror since not only the JIMNY but entire compound was smelling of unbearable toxic smell. It took me 2 days to discover the location and culprit, BOTH. Mercifully,no harm to any parts in the engine bay .... But then the SIZE of the dead rat made me sit up and think how easily it had sneaked from underneath... Looking forward to your worthy advice in some forthcoming vlogg. Thanks a ton God bless U ❤🙏🙌

Respected Sir, thanks again for your continuous support and kind words. These words keep me alive on YT. Thanks! For rats, what I know is they really dislike peppermint. I am also pasting a link to a product I came across (I never used it) and a similar product is also from 3M also at Amazon: amzn.in/d/a457sbz Let me research on this topic and I will make a video as well. Your blessings are MUCH NEEDED. ❣️🎉🙏🙏

Fantastic Videos! Needed some opinions from you (and other Jimny owners as well). I’ve just got myself a new Jimny Alpha AT. It seems to make a “whine” like noise while i’m driving it. It appears between 40-60kmph after which it settles. Is this normal and is this the “Differential / Transmission whine” people talk about ?
@MashofreaksAuto3 ай бұрын
Many thanks my friend! It must be from the center of the vehicle beneath you, from under the body of the vehicle irrespective of AT or MT, that sound is from the transfer case and is the normal behaviour of Jimny. I believe you can also listen to it at lower speed when you are climbing upwards in hills and the transfer case is under little stress.

@ You are absolutely right. It is from the exact same place that you mentioned. This also shows you’ve cleared mastered your vehicle studying it inside out. Thank you for your response and wish you lots of great memories with the vehicle.

Thanks for your explanation. I have thw jimny since july 2023 and and its been driven for around 17k km. As someone who doesnt want to get the lift kit installed, and as someone who aspires to keep the vehicle for a long while, i believe and im asking you, contacting and raising the concern with suzuki right? As in mailing to nexa? Or maybe going to the nearest nexa service center? I'd reaally appreciate your response. Thanks once again.

Mashofreaks Auto, does upgrading air filter (BMC or K&N) on Jimny does any good? Will there be any problems because of it in the long run? Also, another thing i wanted to ask you is whether you faced any juddering issue while braking in Jimny? Mine does. After i checking in online forums for some answers, seems like it's a common issue in jimny, probably wraped rotor.
@MashofreaksAuto3 ай бұрын
BMC doesn't manufacture Jimny air filters however K&N does but not K&N India. Not worth buying with an imported price being NA engine and adverse effect in the longer term. Juddering is a primary issue of warp disc before doubting any common issues. If it qualifies with a common issue there must be bearing in the King Pin Assembly is the culprit.

Anand ji, please help me with more details like: 1. Was that gravel or a tarmac road? 2. How much of total load in the vehicle that time? 3. Did you hit any potholes or uneven roads at that moment? 4. Which gear ⚙️ you were in that moment? 5. Most importantly, was your vehicle in either 4H or 4L? 6. Is your Jimny MT or AT? 7. Did you notice this noise at the time of changing gear or during braking? 8. Apart from the 7 points above, is there anything else you remember and you want to add? Please answer all these questions point by point so I can give you the answer with most likely the reason is and thanks 👍
