I have a handlebar extension, cheaper than buying whole new handlebars. Also have a digital mirror which you could mention, I find it invaluable. With locks if you have insurance on your bike the insurer may require a certain level of lock so it's a good place to start but I have the gold d-lock with extra cable for locking the front wheel and an extra high level cable. Can someone please invent panniers that click in and out like you get with baby car seats? When it's raining it would be so good to be able to easily attach and remove and also why aren't ALL panniers waterproof?

For security, I use a Kryptonite Evolution Series 4 1016 Integrated Chain Lock and an Abus U-Lock Granit XPlus 540. I use ArcEnCiel Bike Bag Bicycle Panniers for grocery shopping every 2-3 weeks. More items can be stacked on the flat part of the rear rack that came with my Juggernaut Hub Duo with a bungee cargo net to hold them in place. The panniers are an ugly army green and are not quick on/off. Both adds to the security as I never had anyone mess with it. I'm on my second one. The first one I used on my non-electric bike for over 5 years. On my list is a new seat, bell and the Biktrix front manly-man basket. I never had a bike with a front basket. I do have front pannier racks on my other bike, but I never put any panniers on them. They work more like crash bars and give the bike a touring look, haha. I have read a lot of good reviews about having a front basket and I would like to carry more groceries, so like anything new, I might just need to get used to having it. @@Biktrix I'm sold on the panniers I own. I leave them on the e-bike 24/7. I used to have to remove them to load my non-electric on the bus rack as they did not allow any bags left on the bike. My under seat bag was a bigger pain to remove, so they let that one slide. With the e-bike I can travel just as far and back as I used to loading my old bike on buses and commuter trains. I don't own a car by choice for over 13 years. I did everything by bicycle and now by Biktrix e-bike. I have kept my bicycle just in case of a massive long power outage.

Hey Roshan!! I’m really enjoying Shannon and her informative videos!! More of this!! Please!! Oh, and I use a botager chain and a cable with a U lock. I have quick release, front and rear. So I securely lock wheels and pedals to railing or, sadly rarely a bike stand. I also have a vibration alarm. And that’s on my Stunner6X. Now I hope the security function on my , Muchly anticipated Super Challenger with app support will work out. But. I’ll still chain that bad boy up!! 🧐😁😱 And I’ll use that big basket for groceries, like on the Stunner!!
