Have you considered trying out the MX4 replacement pads from dekoni I’ve looked into them because they say they get less hot than stock pads which would make sense since they’re thicker and covered in suede

I think they were sold as toiletry bags but they were perfect for storing my MX4's, a whole bunch of cables, power pack, Bluetooth transmitters/receivers and phone stand, oh and of course lens wipes. It has loads of pockets so things are organized well. I've used it on transatlantic flights two times now. I just love those Sony XM4's, they're amazing headphones for noise cancelling, especially if you're sitting close to kids or babies..

I have the peak design tech bag too. My partner and I put all out tech together in one pouch. The smaller ones I keep trying don't seem to fit everything, yet this one is too big. Heading on a trip in a few months and I am thinking I am going to try the peak again.
