Thank you so much for this session. I’m in my 50s and don’t have a will or EPOA. I don’t have a lot of assets, although I do own my (not million dollar) home. It’s definitely something I will give greater thought to in the very near future. I always thought it would be something I nail down when I retire, but I see the benefit of doing it much sooner.

I am pretty sure that after separating from the 4th wife, her lawyers are going say that suitcase in the corner needs to be on the table for the purposes of a property settlement.

Thanks for listening to the podcast :) In my experience it will still be exempt - the reasons which applied for divorce # 1, remain applicable for divorce #4. Hoping you don't get all the way there to tell the tale though ;) J
