Sad to think of it, but someday all of our earthly collections and treasures will be gone through by others wondering what they will keep, sell, or throw away. We can’t take it with us in our next phase.

So true, and each generation does not know what to do with our stuff, and they feel guilty getting rid of it. So just enjoy your treasures and don't worry about it, you won't care when you are gone. Tell the kids just to keep a couple things if they want and donate or sell the rest. 🥰💖

Huh.That's where all of our wordly possessions may end up some day, an estate sale. I went to one in New Jersey and purchased two lovely end tables that I left behind when we moved here to Tennessee. Thank you for bringing us along Sandra.

My husband would have loved to have that rolltop desk! You can find some bargains at estate sales, but it reminds me of having my moms 2yrs. ago, makes me sad, we practically gave stuff away, but we had to get the place sold, so you have to do it. It looks they had a beautiful home. Happy hunting.

Yes, I have had to sell so many things at a low price in Indiana. But in Tennessee they seem to get a lot more out of their used items.

Halfway through your vlog I started thinking I need to step up my downsizing! It almost gave me anxiety thinking of my poor son dealing with everything.
