Estetica Finn in the color Americano COLOR FOCUS | compared to Estetica Iced Mocha also on Finn

Wow- Estetica really did knock it out of the part with these new Coffee Collection colors. Americano is a rich, somewhat ashy, ombre mix of dark and light.... the color codes in Americano are 10/26/101 RT4 and definitely leans ashy, especially compared to Iced Mocha which is nice and warm (color codes here are 8/18/26 RT8). I just have to say, Finn has become one of my all time favorites and I am wearing the Iced Mocha near every day. Truly beautiful hair!

I am venturing into shoulder length curly wigs. I love this wig style, and it is a difficult decision between AMERICANO and ICE MOCHA. I've seen the TOFFEE LATTE too, and I love all of these. Avalon is a fabulous style too.

I just watched the iced mocha video, and coming from that to this, this is super dark. I do like the more cool highlights of this one. Still beautiful on you. Outside is amazing, and that deep lace front is Def something I'll be looking for.

I have both Finn & Avalon in Americano & an Avalon in Iced Mocha. I absolutely LOVE the colours but they are sooo much hair! They are almost unmanageable. Finn was not wearable out of the box. She really had a bad case of box hair which was surprising to me because these are new & I wouldn't think they've been sitting around that long. I sure wish she looked as good on me as she does on you!

Thank you so much for doing this! I feel the same way you do about the iced mocha being warmer. However when you went out into the sunlight with the Americano on it looked so elegant. It looks like an out to dinner with a black dress and pearls kind of look. Or a turtleneck at the ski lodge. Very sophisticated. I was having a terrible time deciding so I ordered the Vanilla, the Iced Mocha and now, I have to have the Americano. Same cute cut, seasonal and the darker two are easy to interchange. I have the Toffee Latte Avalon on the way and ordered Wren in Carmel kiss rt. as a little sister. My orchid in toffee Truffle is on back order until April so I’m picking her up in Americano and the iced mocha. Going to try the Avalon in Vanilla Latte and if I can get away with the blonde, I’ll wear Avalon and Finn in the Vanilla Latte in the Summer. You were smart to get the iced mocha on Finn. It really is the prettiest color combo disbursement with the curls. Finn really showcases the color and Vice versa. I hate indecision. It makes me want all of them and then I’m too broke to go out and show them off! LOL! Playing dress up in quarantine. It keeps us busy! Anyway, thank you so much for doing the comparison. And I’m like you, I’m not planning on the Toffee Latte on Fin. I like it better on Orchid and Avalon. Sort of funny because I don’t think Avalon show cases Americano that well. Same with Iced Mocha although I ordered it. They are okay but the color seems too low on them to me. We will see in person. Fantastic job Estetica has done! Truly amazing and so exciting for us to be able to buy the look now. The wigs are probably less than half of what one visit to the salon would cost and as you say, no damage from over processing. I did end up getting Toffee Truffle after all, a wig sister was selling her and so I snapped her up! Now I have Finn in all the new colors except the blonde one, lol. I swear I wanted all three pieces in the darker color blends and was considering Avalon in Vanilla only because Christi looked so good in it and I’d bought Finn on close out in Vanilla. I just do not look good in blonde hair but I’m going to give it a shot. I would have never thought to buy thin in Americano that your review was so gorgeous that I ordered it today. Thank you very much.I feel that the iced mocha is the prettiest combo on Finn, especially after seeing your side by side. I have no idea what I’m going to think of the vanilla when it comes. But I did order the Americano, like I said because it just looks so elegant and almost like very classy woman getting some gray in, kind of Jackie Kennedy Onassis or something. And I decided one can’t have enough of Finn! Like you, I bought thin years ago well maybe two years ago and I felt like because the one I ordered didn’t have roots the permitees bothered me and the striped colors near the root. I loved the style and how easy it was to stick on and go about my business but it just needed a route so I am very pleased that all of these new colors have some sort of root or dark base. When my husband was alive I’d change my hair color by using a wig for a little spice now and then on date night. He loved it! I’m widowed now that I’ve experienced the actual need to wear them and I often think to myself, he would be having such a blast joining me on the wig journey. He’d finance it too! He might want a little one on one time but he’d finance it! ROFL! Now, I am spending way too much on wigs but I’m so glad there is such a resale market! Incredible market! I listed five last Friday and sold two that night, two on Sat and the last on Monday! Totally blew my mind because I hadn’t thought of selling the ones that would end up living in a box. I’m so jazzed now because I can try more stuff and sell what I don’t like. Total justification for my new wig mania! A wigomaniac! Yep! That’s my new word for myself! LOL! It’s fun though and really good for ones self esteem. I can’t wait to see your toffee latte comparison. It’s the only one I didn’t get. Sure you take a loss, but I like to think of it as a renters fee, and then you also give another sister an opportunity to get a great wig at a great price! You ask some really great questions and I really need to do a video on this topic. I think a big reason why wigs look so good on reviewers and we often don't think they look as good on us is simply because we see ourselves SO differently than others see us. Balayage is what they mean by painted on, the effect of balayage looks much more natural and sun-bleached than foil highlights do.

Wow, I wonder if they sent me the wrong color because Americano looks like a medium brown root, not nearly black at all. I wish it was! I bought a second one and the colors are the same. Holy smokes. Freakin out just a little, not gonna lie.

Oh no! It doesn't look that way to me at all, it definitely looked almost black. I wonder if this is a bit of perception issue? Since it is a 4 it is technically dark brown.... but it is possible what looks almost black to me as someone used to wearing lighter colors would look more brown to someone used to wearing black.... hmmmm. It is so important to me to never describe something inaccurately for this very reason.... I'm going to go to a facebook wig group and start a discussion on this and see what others say who have seen this color... I may have to be more careful how I describe color then.... even though I show it in great indoor and outdoor lighting who knows what your device is showing so the description matters.... I so sorry the color isn't what you expected! I know I have said in videos that color is subjective (I say it a lot for the light brown/dark blonde colors, what is blonde to me could be brown to someone who wears light browns) , but still..... just.... shoot.
