1st he says ND doesn’t bind SHBG then at 14:34 he says he uses ND to free up more Test? Winstrol/Stan binding has been known forever, but the hosts point, can’t you just increase test (which will lead to more free test, even if % is still the same)? Thus why the need for Stan?

No. DHT derivatives such as Stanozolol and Proviron do. Deca (nandrolones) stimulate the Androgen receptor due to its minimal affinity to SHBG. Meaning Nandrolon does not bind to SHBG (only 5%) so alot more is free and available for the AR. Meaning less is available for Xenoestrogens

I wonder in anavar would be a better choice than stanozolol for lowering shbg. Ive heard, broscience but still, anavar as low as 2.5mg per day would lower shbg, which is a really low dose.

both can lower it, and no, you don't need to lower it. he's using them to decrease SHBG, which is controversial. SHBG has now been shown to be active participant in hormone "action". It doesn't just "bind and inactivate" hormones as once previously thought.

Masteron and Proviron lower E2 and SHBG Stanozolol only lowers SHBG. This is better as we need E2. Also E2 is no Problem as the increased free T is bound to the receptors leaving no room for E2. The key is Nandrolon which is more free than test and therefore binds more to the AR

The Stanozolol dosing is interesting. Once a week 25mg of oral Stanozolol. Not daily. Once weekly? Am I understanding this correctly? Is anyone else wondering why we could not simply use a DHT derivative such as Proviron since the purpose of the Stanozolol is to lower SHBG?

Prince Adam of Eternia he doesn’t care about serum levels, he knows SHBG binds to androgens primarily and wants to increase bioavailability of androgens via dropping SHBG. Estradiol shouldn’t be reduced, E2 is good for you. Obviously you can try avoiding environmental estrogens, but he just drops SHBG instead. SARMs may be safer than Winstrol.

He believes in not controlling bioidentical estrogen, Purley the xenoestrogens. Xenoestrogens and phytoestrogens do cause many problems to the health of a person. This action of mechanisms is completely different to bioidentical extrogen.

agree, i've seen it lower SHBG over time, in myself and my patients as a whole. Androgens are typically known to lower SHBG, estrogens can raise it a bit (thyroid hormones play a role as well)

Just a thought here: maybe higher doses of TRT level testosterone raise SHBG and supraphysiological doses lower SHBG. We need way more clarification. So many questions. In the end everyone is individual and as long as his SHBG is 10-20 the method shouldn’t matter …if it just was that simple

does this protocol work for any woman of any age ? My wife is 31 yo but was on birth control for over a decade. Now off for 3 years but her hormone levels are those of a post menopause woman. Putting her on Nandrolon 40mg Stanozolol 25mg Testosteron 10mg along with progesterone possibly, will she still get her period / be able to conceive? She is not well and I feel this protocol is the solution. Even if she does not get her menstrual cycle, there are meds she can take to conceive even if it men’s stopping this protocol if necessary

My take on this subject : Go for your TRT Take the tille to find the right dose IF E2 symptoms come AND/OR SHBG is too high/lowT too low then try, to lower bodyfat/eat cleaner/sleep better. If it continues then : - low dose of either nandro/stanoz/master - at least one month per compound until you find your sweet spot Of course, let's say your TRT dose is 150 then if you decide to try 40mg nandro, go for 110 test/40nandro. -...additional thought : as we know the body adapts to chemicals, might be smart to switch from time to time, let's say every 3 months, from nandro to stanoz to masteron...to keep the body reacting....?

Im very interested in this field and, hell yes its a doozy learning all this from KZbin and limited access to peer reviewed studies. My doc almost put me on trt but didnt tell me my low Test was from my Kratom use and after I found out he still wanted me to start for 4 months, then quit within those 4 months and then come off the Testosterone and like a dumbass I believed him until a guardian angel on KZbin answered one of my comments and told me the truth. He wasn't on about bioidentical estrogen, rather on about xenoestrogens causing the inflammation at the cellular level. He also spoke about the binding affinity and how they interact at a cellular level, everything he said was not wrong. You clearly just havnt understood what he was saying. Lowering xenoestrogens will lower your overall estrogen on paper but by lowering xenoestrogens you will enhance the affect of estrogen at a cellular level. This is difficult to understand and on face value he sounds like he dosnt know what he is doing. I promise you he dose and he isn't talking about controlling bioidentical estrogen.
