And zero doctors help. Just taking the money, treating with a one-size-fits-all. It's been 8 years. Full menopause at 45. Was a size 4. Whole other problems now: hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue. Not getting better after 1 year of rest. I have been practicing keto since last August. Luckily it's helped me lose some weight but I need to lose more. I've drained our savings trying to get well and cannot imagine buying yet another supplement...{UGH} Thank goodness for supportive facebook groups, otherwise I'd feel crazy. All this crap has zapped me of life.

Wendy Nichols please research organic maca root - a bag cost just about 7.00 at approx. 45 - 50 servings in Trader Joe's. You can add it to your drinks. Also organic ashwaghanda supplements, under 6.00 @Walmart. I wish you a quick recovery.

Alla Tomas I am sorry the reply took time, I wanted to ask the individuals if it was ok to speak of their health journey respectively. One friend, had been diagnosed with premature menopause in her early 30s...because she was fed up with conventional medication, her nurse practitioner "quietly" suggested maca root powder. She was also told to stay off of caffiene and alcohol. It did help her with her stamina, libido and most importantly her hot flashes. She also took ashwaghanda for her high level of anxiety and stress due to the realization she will probably never conceive. The other individual has Graves disease and PCOS, her primary doctor suggested maca root powder and prescribed meds. She was instructed not to take it in supplement form but in powder. It has helped with her condition. I hope this helps....

Hi Dr Berg from the land Down Under :) Just wanted to say Thank You for your fantastic videos and easy to understand information. I have Endometriosis and had recent surgery in January for ruptured ovarian Endometriomas. Found you online a few months ago and have watched heaps of your videos. Started eating kale and leafy greens more, switched to organic as much as possible, Iodine tablets from Sea Kelp, D3 vitamins, nutritional yeast, ACV, grass fed cow butter etc. etc. all based on learning new information from you !! Also postmenopausal at 47 for some time now so dealing with the Estrogen issues there also. Crazy time with weight gain, nausea, loss of appetite, insomnia and a host of other issues. Find solace and a more positive outlook when watching your videos, to gain a better understanding of everything from a 'cause and effect' perspective. Just all makes sense. Thank you so very much for the time and effort you put into each and every one of videos. :)

HRT is a godsend. I take an estradiol/progesterone combo. I started taking it at age fifty when the hot flashes hit. My doc advised I could take it for life (no history of breast cancer in the family). I am now 66, and recently the hot flashes came back. I thought, WTF! I called my doc and he upped my estradiol dosage. Then I remembered at my last exam he noted that my ovaries had shrunk considerably (totally normal as you age). Apparently, what little estrogen my ovaries were producing was getting even less. I’ve been taking the higher dosage for a week. Wish me luck!
@judithxavier90212 жыл бұрын
Yes doc, we go out of control of ourselves and people do not realise how hard it is for us. Even though we try our best, it just doesn't work sometimes and yet suddenly every thing is normal and people feel we were pretending. I wish more men were aware of these issues and hence be patient with their women in such helpless situations. Thanks super doc!

As a Greek yoghurt lover, I'm relieved to see that the FAGE brand is organic, even though they don't blow their trumpet about that fact. Cutting down on the cheese, and boosting the legumes, seems to have changed my skin tone from a faint flush to normal over the course of three weeks. Valerie Hallmen That's part of what makes him so intelligent! 😉

Valerie Hallmen I think you meant well. Perhaps he wants to help other more than himself. He can push health or drugs. Big Pharma has pushed the law and the lie that being a chemical doctor is the pinnacle. If that were the case we'd all be a lot healthier and not cash cows for the drug companies. MD's are the risk management arm of the drug companies at the end of the day. Health doesn't require a shingle. And the really smart ones know that.

Leo Dei not necessarily, I have an md that doesn’t “push drugs”. As a matter of fact she “pushes” everything that Dr. Berg does, she’s the one that told me keto would be good for me. Being an md isn’t all about money, unless you make it that way. You just have to find the right one like I did. I thought he could help others... one on one in the way my md does with me and all the rest of her patients. There are other things that you need them for you know... I wouldn’t know test results if it wasn’t for my dr ordering them. I’m sure you meant well too.

Thanks for a great video! When I win the lottery, I'll certainly eat nutritious, quality, unprocessed food, all organic! Not an option at present I'm afraid.
