I need to learn ETAP. Where do I buy it in Venezuela? I need ETAP for academic purposes. I recently graduated as a Specialist in Electrical Power Systems from Central University of Venezuela. I did my post-graduate thesis with Digsilent Power Factory. I want to do the same calculations of my thesis with ETAP to compare with Digsilent Power Factory. I need to calculate power flow and short circuit. Thanks.
