I always see if I can customize an item on the workbench to change the color. It can really help when trying to stay in a color scheme/vibe. Maybe one of the furniture can be changed to look darker and "evil". I also recommend a black folding floor lamp for the office.

The access through the shelf is brilliant!! I'd probably customise the wooden furniture in the living room to get it all to match (or whatever of it you're keeping) and swap the plant in the evil lair for a monstera plant, I think that would look fantastic

Just go into the layout screen where you were moving items on the table and then press right directional >_< It'll also make it easier to swap flooring and wallpaper visually! (But then again it kinda fits your video feel to do everything manually so I'm torn)
