Okay, come on now. If WolfQuest can take the time to redesign their old 2007 game, INCLUDING new rigging models, fur, movements, environments, etc., and include such complex things as weather, passing time, growing from pups to adults to dying of old age, the huge variety of animals and communication, and do so with a shockingly small team and budget for the production, ETG CAN DO IT TOO. You CAN include Dressage and you CAN include foals. Redo your rigging if need be, the fans who have already stuck with you through the Paywalling will likely still stick around. And if you can make dressage work, you'll get MORE players. And, you know, even if the foal model only appears in the breeding facility as a place holder, you'll likely get new players and keep the old ones. Ya'll can do it. Give us a GOOD horse game, like WolfQuest gave us a good wolf game. Give us a game that aims to be HorseQuest.

Yeasss!!!, as someone who JUST started playing i reallyyy wanna do the dressage and finally enjoy a horse game that isn't always trying to dig into my pockets with actual good looking horses and animations!!

Sad to see you go. To be honest, Dressage was most likely the one thing, that could have saved the game. It was the only reason for me to keep playing. Dressage competitions could have been a good challange and most possibly the one thing that would have made eventing interesting. If the crosscountry is goint to work like the show jumping, I and most likely many other players will stopp caring about the game. I don‘t think you would have needed to change the riging system for Dressage, as all important movements are achievalble through the one we allready have. Seriously, I don‘t care about the game anymore. What are we playing for? For items? I even stopped carring about the season pass, as unlocking every item gets borring after you completet all the course variations. There is no challange. Sad to see, that a game that was hyped so much during development turned out as possibly the biggest dissapointment of all the horse games.

If one looks at the variety of horse games, one can see so many games with jumping as topic. So many games with challanging jumping systems or courses. Jet there are so few with a good dressage system. That could have seperated this game from the rest, as to be honest, your jumping system does‘nt stand out.

@E.S.2006 agreed. I wasn't gonna play again until it was added just cause only jumping gets boring af and I was bored of the game. I'll probably try CC but its just similar to training excercises and field stuff. Sad to know I can uninstall without constantly telling myself "as soon as I do they will add dressage!" , but not every game is for everyone I guess.

Same, same. For me dressage was the most important and anticipated feature in etg. It's really strange that dressage is canceled while horses have dressage-related stats and extension\collection mechanics are implemented. Without dressage etg will be another jumping-themed horse mobile game with paid collectibles.

I am so excited for the shires but be fr- the TWO FEATURES that we were promised since the start of the game are now getting canceled?? And cross country will basically be the same as the trails we have rn- How exciting. Even more expensive passes comming out, aswell as no inbreeding. Wowza, so much to be excited for. At least let us upgrade our stable more-

All of the elements for dressage are already in the riding system. Instead of jumps you just put down little markers. And it minuses points based on how well you follow the trail/what part of the Gauge you're performing at on the trail. Plenty of games in the past have implemented dressage but it seems no one wants to truely put it in their games anymore. I can do without foals, mostly because I don't want to lose good horses I spend a lot of time training to an aging process, unless only the foals were timed to age up. But the dressage is a real disappointment. Jumping is overrated in the horse world as is. You have the western tack how about a barrel racing mini trial in the trail rides. Just do this pattern around barrels as fast as you can. Also galloping... can we have galloping at least? But best of luck in your new adventures!

We really NEEDED dressage, however re-doing entire systems can be very hard so its understandable kind of but it was basically promised, at least we are getting cross country, i think its shire/Clydesdale as new breed, and since we have Quarter horses i feel like some kind of western discipline would be interesting i still really think dressage is needed though.... Also maybe just adding in the competitions for dressage WITH the CURRENT system and seeing how it works might be a good compromise.. never know maybe you don't need to revamp the riding system

Too bad about dressage, I really thought it could work with the current riding system that the team put so much work into. Stable customisation does sound nice at least. I hoped we would hear about mane and tail customisation as well.

Okay basically, this is all bad news. Only the rich players get good rewards. YOU Promised dressage at the beginning. And you've broken the player's trust. I stopped playing about last year because it got boring and expensive.

Things change, and if the dressage is not going to work, then it is not going to work, I myself respect that. Instead of trying to force it to work and bug the game, they have chosen to accept the defeat and move on to something else they know they can work with,

It's a shame to see you go, but I wish you luck in all that you wanna do from here on out, I don't mind that Dressage and the ageing of horses will not be coming; most horse games don't have ageing, so it does not feel like I am missing out on something, I've I have never been a dressage fan so I don't mind that it's not coming. I can't wait to do up our stables and make it our own and YES cross country. That would be so much fun to have, getting to ride around and jump, The horse, to me, looks like an Irish cob or Shire. The head seems a little too thin to be a Clydes, but if it is a Clydes, I will be delighted as that is my all time fav horse breed,

Finally a respectful comment😅 Personally i think we already have dressage in the game (collecting and extending) you can use your imagination for the other stuff. But i have been desperate for a draft breed since i started playing in 2022 and im thrilled to see one heading our way. Also customisable stables are amazing news!! The only other thing i could hope for is possibly a turn out system so you can have your horses in a pasture. For now i like to imagine my horses have a pasture they go to when i leave the game 😂

@@GlossyBees The First Horse I picked when I started was the Welsh cob, I love to have a shire and all other draft horses, I also see the collecting and extending as dressage. I am trying to think of what else they would have needed to add to make it dressage. I love a pasture too. What would be good is sending them to a pasture would help boost the horse's mood, like when we have not trained then for days they go into the red, maybe sending them to a pasture for an hour or 2 puts their mood back up

I mean to my knowledge there isn’t any proper western discipline riding in any game (as in barrel racing, pleasure, reining, etc.). Red dead redemption 2 isn’t a horse game but it has by far the best horse models and animations in any game and it’s entirely wild west/american western so ofc there is western riding, but it takes place in the 1790s so yeah😅 A great game though, the focus just isn’t 100% on the horses. There is western tack and some western races in star stable online but it’s not exactly special or fun since all you’re doing is just running around in a different pattern than the usual races in the game.
