It came from the mouth of someone who was suffering a severe narcissistic injury to their ego so they went for the jugular. If these allegations were true and as serious as she claimed you go to the authorities in private not cry on the internet to illicit sympathy for your $40 dollar hair pills while there are women on the street who cant afford tampons. It's also a character defamatory accusation to put into the world and she knows that this is why she retracted. Jeffree too as James Charles lawyers most likely have them under gag order. Tati is also fueling the antiquated perspective that gay men are predatory to straight men. I'm not a fan of any of these people but as a mental health professional I know there is a world of difference in the cognition of a 19 year old and a 37 year old.

Also, just because someone is speaking out against ANYONE trying to convert sexualities, be it they are gay or straight or bi or trans, does not mean they're feeding into a narrative or myth. Again, I agreed and said Tati is wrong in more ways then one. All I did say was that age is not an excuse to do wrong in the sense of if he did do what Tati accused him of. I agree that she is just butthurt about some stupid ass vitamins and what she did over that is wrong. I do agree that a lot of the stuff mentioned in her video should have been dealt with in private and not in a KZbin video. But, in the sense of if she wasn't lying, she would be right to expose his behavior. That's a positive way to use social media, to warn people of these behaviors. But since she was lying, everything she said is bullshit. She should've responded to James in the text messages he sent over the course of a week. That shows how MATURE she is. There are certain circumstances where age is crucial, but I don't think this is one. She is just being immature and acting like a teenager, the age of most of her Beauty community friends, and making an ass of herself. I've just been rambling now, but I do agree with you that she is being butthurt over nothing. Like Hila said," Don't be insecure about your business..." If it is good, it will rise on it's own. People with almost no fat on their body have this kind of trouble. Don't get me wrong, Skinny beautiful body is something to envy but she is tall and I can tell she is underweight. She also gets filler in her face because her face is very gaunt. If she wants to get pregnant, why would none of these Hollywood doctors tell her to gain a few pounds. At least 15 solid lbs. I feel really stupid writing that because I'm a grown woman who was successful enough to retire early and I get bent on YT drama sounds silly but it's true so shoot me. I've been watching Tati for over 7 years, when she literally had nothing...nothing. I watched her relationship with her James (husband) and trying to have a baby. The James Charles came into the picture and Tati did just as she said, protected him, grew him, loved him, raised him, fed him, clothed him, he lived with her on the down low. JC's family didn't have the money it took for him to live in LA, Tati did. James Charles was never one of my favorites, he made me laugh when he was with Tati but alone, not so much. Anyway, I don't have the words to express how I feel yet. I'm so disappointed in Tati. I think that she's probably right about James Charles, as far as making poor decisions with boys and he's going to have to change fast or he will get into trouble, especially now. There's so much about James Charles too, everything he's ever done is a scandal or a lie...starting with his Yearbook picture ffs. So much deceit. I'm still twisted so I'm going to chill and watch peoples actions, base my opinion on the next 4 months or so. I'd also like to point out that Tati has previously 'cancelled' the brand Too Faced because of a bad one-on-one experience she had with one of their cofounders, Jerrod Blandino. She talks about how this experience with him brought her to tears without divulging too much actual information, and also talks about how unethical the brand is and the multitude of other reasons the brand should be cancelled. However, isn't it super telling that Too Faced only gets blacklisted from her channel after this one personal incident? Sure, she mentions Too Faced underpaying other KZbinrs, the quality control issues of their actual makeup etc. But only after this personal incident. Tati really doesn't seem to care about shitty behaviour until it's directed at her. And I don't think she's ever fully divulged what Jerrod, a successful man who is damn near 50, did to her but was more than happy to drag a teenager and basically put him on suicide watch. JC is definitely problematic and I've never been a fan of his but we can't ignore how inconsistent Tati has been when calling people out.

As it stands of now, yeah, it's not looking good for her or Jeffrey ... Exactly. If anyone wants proven effective medication for anxiety benzodiazepines are the only thing that WORKS. I don't even think anti-depressants (even those that say are both both depression and anxiety) work very well for the anxiety side of things. I took antidepressants for years never helped with the anxiety only the depression. Valium was a godsend on days I couldn't handle it. Unfortunately doctors are far too strict on giving it out, best way to combat benzo abuse is to create a register system where you can only obtain prescriptions from the one clinic that you go to so the doctor can track your doses. Similar to how when buying sudafed they put your details into a database to keep track, same thing. If you are going to take valium be responsible and wise and don't take it everyday if applicable especially if your doses are high.

They've built cults in their name so they can walk around unfettered and free from criticism. It's a calculated contingency plan in case they get into trouble. Imagine having what amounts to an army of worshippers ready to fight for you in any situation. Imagine being able to peddle absolutely anything you wanted because your worshippers will give you free promotion and won't ask any questions. It's easy money. There is a reason why the majority of their subscribers are teenagers. It's quite deliberate. If they were making more mature content, it would invite mature viewers, and naturally that would invite mature criticism. Criticism is bad for business when your business relies on ignorance. Tati made this video now because she felt emboldened to do so. She'd built up enough of a profile that she had enough to fall back on in case it backfired. She knew the outcome didn't matter. She knew she had enough influence over her followers that they would clean up her mess for her anyway. And guess what? She's right. Read the comments. The excuses are mind-blowing. She's gained millions of subscribers, got all kinds of free publicity, and boosted her relevance considerably. We're all sat here talking about someone we probably didn't know a couple of weeks ago. All she has to do now is wait a few weeks until it all blows over, and she's on Easy Street for the rest of her life. It's a big joke. A big fucking joke, and it's on us.
