I'm 15 and am struggling with anxiety and depression. I've had a lot of trouble in school and had bad past experiences. Right now, on day three if school after the summer holidays ended, I find myself feeling pulled down by gravity again. I'm happy and grateful that my mom is trying to learn and support me. It's been rough with her before I went to the clinic for 3 months.. But now she really tries getting through this with me. She's trying to understand and I'm starting to have a feeling of safety around her. finally And you're giving me a feeling of safety as well .. that's why I'm writing this. The music you create and the energy you share has been helping me and so many other people as well. I most of the time cannot sleep properly in the night, and in the day I am so tired and feel too fatigue to work for school or be able to care for myself. Thank you for what you do.
