Bravo Karine pour le courage que demande un tel témoignage. J'ai vécu une enfance assez comparable à la tienne, avec un père violent physiquement et psychologiquement (Pervers narcissique dans toute sa splendeur...) et une mère sous emprise qui ne m'a absolument pas protégé, bien au contraire. Aujourd'hui je vis avec deux maladies conséquence directe de ce que j'ai subi. Fibromyalgie et trouble de la personnalité borderline font donc de ma vie un enfer et je n'ai pas pu fonder de famille. Ba oui tu penses, quand tu portes les maux de ta propre famille de naissance, quand tu as été tenu coupable de ce désastre, il y a toujours eu en moi la peur de reproduire la même chose et de ne jamais être à la hauteur. Peut-être qu'un jour j'aurai ton courage et mon témoignage aidera d'autres gens en détresse émotionnelle, qui sait. En tout cas merci et je t'envoie bcp de force et d'amour !

I was stressin about everything in my life at the moment. But I accidentally hit this recommended video and now I feel a sense of calm. Desire and needs are putting me through a hamster wheel of discontentment. From this point foward I will adhere to meditation. Reflection and patience can help me walk more cautiously. I was debating what I needed in this moment staring at this video while listening to another. My nephew pops in and asks, "Does 77x10=777 or 770?" I chuckled and told him it was 770 and that he just answered a very important question for me. Sometimes intuition gets clouded and though the answer is clear, doubt still appears. Things like this happen to remind one to follow what they feel. It may seem random because he wasn't looking at the screen but children know without even knowing. I trust them the most 🦋🧡
