After 15 minutes of taxiing to our assigned runway, Etihad Airways flight EY 470 bound for Brisbane finally took off from Singapore Changi Airport at 12.45 a.m.. The flight to Brisbane would then take 7 hours. As the plane took off, the magical birthday flight with Etihad Airways began.
