Is 4 and 7 pin the same process? I have 2019 Outback

In order to get install a 7 pole plug on your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon, you will need to install the 4 pole wiring first and then install the ETBC7 kit that is in the following link. This is 10000% wrong. I have a 2021 Outback, and the car he is working on is NOT a 21. The connector is NOWHERE near where he is taking you.

I have a 2021 Outback also, not only is the connector in the same location, my trailer wiring connector did not have to be grounded, the new ones may be integrated to the plug.
