.eu Academy Masterclass : Customer Behaviour by Tom De Bruyne

On 17 November 2022, EURid held its first ever .eu Day to celebrate and empower all our stakeholders, entrepreneurs and change-makers alike.
We learned about cybersecurity, online customer behaviour and journey within e-commerce platforms, the use of AI and the importance of intellectual property in this environment.
We also celebrated the best .eu websites during our Web Awards ceremony.
