As a guy who is planning to road trip around parts of Europe next month for 28 days, the European elections do matter to me! European Governments should abolish low emission zones so people can drive around city centres with ease, as well as rule out introducing speed limiters on any vehicles so driving can be a more pleasant experience and abolish the EV mandate altogether!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with a group of SOVEREIGN countries forming a union for European SECURITY and to TRADE FREELY with each other even to let citizens of those member countries to apply for a work visa in any member country BUT THAT SHOULD BE THE TOTAL OF THEIR AGREEMENT each individual sovereign country should have their own laws their own immigration policies with each of those countries ELECTED GOVERNMENTS making those laws and policies IF THAT WAS THE EU THEN EUROPE WOULD BE A FAR FAR BETTER PLACE just a very very simple free trade agreement ( no tariffs) and a promise to defend any member country if they are attacked by a non member country WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD IT WOULD BE .
