I'm allergic too. But if you keep up with keeping things clean you won't have to worry unless you have a severe allergy. I got a couple air filters, wipe down with wipes and brush my cat a couple days a week, vacuum, and clean the litter box often.

We've left our 3 cats alone for up to three days. We just put out a huge bowl of food and fill the water bowl to the brim. Then I tell them, "if you gorge yourselves on day one, you'll be hungry by day three".

Lions can eat a zebra in one sitting, then sleep for days and then starve a little - depending on how frequently they catch prey. But I guess with our little house cats, it's individual preference as well. My cat used to finish his favourite food in one sitting and if he didn't get his gourmet platter, he left half of it, hoping I'd replace it. I miss my little diva...💔
