As a former mcdonalds employee: The folded egg that comes on the mcgriddle and biscuit sandwiches is frozen and then thawed in restaurant. The mcmuffin round eggs are cracked fresh and cooked shortly before assembly of the sandwich. Always substitute the round egg instead of folded. It makes them 10x better.

omg as an Ethiopian born and living in England, I cant tell you the absolute shock and joy of hearing Eugene compare his food to injera! It's so lovely and comforting hearing words from your culture which are never said or explored in media or by the vast majority of western people; most western people who've tried it would more likely refer to it as 'Ethiopian food/Ethiopian flat bread'. There isn't a single Ethiopian restaurant in the entire county of where i live here in the UK, so hearing this made me feel ssososososo happy. SOOOO much love!

I adore the hotcakes. Probably mostly for nostalgia reasons. When I was little, if I didn't have school, my grandma would take me to work with her and we'd get McDonalds hotcakes on the way. I agree! An insulated container could be used for food transport. They could also have the oven on low and then turn it off and keep the food moderately warm in there. (While keeping an eye out to make sure not to risk fire.) It would be better to make more frequent trips as sometimes the things that are rated last I feel like get a bad rap.

As a former McDonald’s employee the spoon in the McFlurry is actually used to stir the toppings in. It attaches to the stir machine and spins the actual spoon hence the shape to fit around the metal piece

@@meredithdavis6663 preface: this is all off memory, I'm genuinely unsure what to look up to fact check this so I might be wrong, but I figure I can take a shot at explaining how I'm pretty sure it works. Basically, you've got the 5th grade art class primary colors, which are pigments. When you mix together things which are certain colors, the colors end up combining to make new colors in the normal rhythm you're used to (red/blue make purple, yellow/red make orange, etc etc), but that's a physical trait. Then you've got light spectrum stuff, which is most likely what Kiara is referring to when talking about "real" primary colors. Because of a bunch of science stuff to do with our eyes (which is a separate discussion entirely, and I have a feeling I'm already gonna be long winded about just this), the colors that make up what we see in terms of light are actually red, green and blue. Some basic checks online tell me the combos are: red+green=yellow red+blue=magenta (read: fancy pink) blue+green=cyan (read: particularly light blue) all the colors=white none of the colors=black And essentially, that's how *light* combines together to make the stuff people see with eyes. Different animals can see more or less primary colors from this set, meaning they can see simpler or more complex rainbows. Dogs, for instance, lack the eye stuff to see red, so a dog's rainbow lacks yellow, magenta, and red, while there's one crazy animal called the mantis shrimp who has the eye stuff to see red, green, blue, and *13 other colors* (The mantis shrimp is another thing I could get into but you already had to hit "read more" to get this far and I don't want to waste too much time getting distracted). Red/green/blue is usually also the sort of color organization that computers and photo editing programs use, since it's easier than pigments due to the computer directly making the light.

Fun tip: if you have an air fryer, you can totally put leftover McDonald's fries in them, and they taste exactly the same. Me and my family learned this after the mcdonald's worker accidentally gave us 80 chicken nuggets (Four 20 chicken nugget boxes) and something like 4-6 large fries (it's been a bit, i don't remeber exactly how many portions of fries we got). In case anyone was wondering, the chicken nuggets also did really well in the air fryer.
