You sound very brave to follow your heart and not choose the path expected of you. Beautiful video! I love that you also show us what you cook at the end of the video, I find that very inspiring as I never know what to make with what I grow, so always end up making the same recipes! A tip for sowing squash type seeds is to plant them on their thin edge with the tips pointing upwards - I found that more seeds germinate for me and are less likely to suffer rot.

Eugenia, creo que no es muy bueno arrastrar el filo del cuchillo por la tabla de cortar porque se desgasta más el filo. Puedes usar el lado opuesto al filo. Felicidades a los dos por vuestro trabajo.
