How do you play low notes? Practice. How do you play high notes? Practice, practice, practice

Drop jaw on low notes and relax on high notes and blow fast air not lots of air fast air is key to sound and high and low notes

My teacher always says to think about the sound you want and try not to get too caught up in the mechanics behind it! Ultimately, you're going for the *sound* of the music, after all.
