Fabulous video full of great tips! We’ve really benefited from your expertise and great info! We have the Eureka Facile and it’s been a great grinder! Have you compared the dBA on that. PS at 85 single hearing protection is required to protect the ear. Do you know if the pump fits this grinder? We use that with our to get out all the coffee, it’s been good. We’re also using the funnel and really like that. 18 grams go in and that’s makes it easy peasy! Love the tech facts here and the cute beard too.. 😊

I have the original 50 mm burr model and just use it for espresso. I added a bellows and don't use the hopper. It works great for me as a single dose grinder and this new model is probably even better with the larger burr set.

Hey agcs, Thanks for the comment! Yes it is. If you're committed to single dose you might consider Eureka's purpose built Mignon Single Doser. It's set up with bellows, single dose hopper, larger adjustment knob, grinds into dosing cup or PF and has the 55mm burrs - all for the same price. Yes, I know what you mean - but at least you can even see and recognize the white numbers, in comparison to our _Eureka Mignon Single Dose_ grinder… ;-)

The dial knob is a nightmare if you use this grinder for multiple brew metthods. I have the original 50 mm burr model and just use it for espresso. In that application, the fine adjustment it provides is actually very good.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! While the knob doesn't have the precision of setups with worm gear adjustment or larger full circle adjustment collars I have no problem dialing in espresso.
