well, I'm not exactly sure what you are talking about, but the strong vibrations, causing the front brake reservoir to shake, is normal with these BMW's, heard it from many people... but idk if you have another issue on top of that

Today's generation are more interested in playing video games than tinkering with mechanical objects. I don't know how dealerships in automotive n motorcycle can hire enough technician who are enthusiastic about what they do for a living. Whenever I get my vehicle worked on at the dealership, I check the important parts such as oil drain plug or tire lug nuts. Buy a good set of tools and learn basic mechanical skills, so at least you can check things over to the best of your ability.

Since they didn’t tighten up the front axle and it’s been ridden like that. Maybe the axle is bent or damaged causing the vibration.

check that it is straight. the problem is the hub is warped.
