Just be aware that you are also financing a pretty tough authoritarian regime by taking this airline, clamping down on political opponents harsher and harsher. Foreign citizens are also not save from being imprisoned for no reason at all.

Turkish airlines A330 cabin is identical to Iberia’s old A330 and A340 cabin (now they upgraded it to a much better one). Very nice video

Atatürk Airport will be shut in a year since its capacity can not handle that amount of people anymore. A new airport has been built with more capacity and further systems.

Nice video as always. Lights are off because the jetbridge isn’t attached properly? That’s a new one to me 🧐. More likely that they forgot to turn on the APU during the taxi in and then just turned the engines off without another electrical source - lights then came back on when the ground power was plugged in.

Yes indeed that was exactly my thought - forgot to turn on the APU or the electrics weren't attached before the engined were shut down!

You are right up close with your neighbour there just like economy. I would want a divider between me and the person next to me seeing I’m paying extra so I don’t feel squashed next to someone like economy and to have privacy.

I would’ve gone by Turkish Airlines, as a kid they provided a free kids menu, toys to play with to make me less bored and a free pillow and blanket due to nighttime on economy class on a short haul flight! They still do this today and their cabin crew is always so friendly. Going by business class is just an upgrade and additional luxury.

You can't compare eu/eea intra-european flights with Turkish services to Europe. For them it's an international premium service, while for the Europeans it's a domestic feeder route. Compare apples to apples, not to oranges.
