Uh Oh. lol Very dense?? there already is no parking in this area and the highway is a jam at noon on sunday. lol. These multiple competing entertainment districts just are not good for the city.

It's funny, KC wants to build on a flood plain 😂 and the streetcar isn't enough to transport people into an area with no parking lot. And all that KC car traffic congestion, KC has a very long way to go, to get rid of its car centricity obsession.

there's already multiple parking garage's in the area. Its still inaccessible. The Bridge outside was a Traffic Jam on sunday at 1 pm. This area can't handle the traffic it has. that's pretty obvious.
