Spec ops units have used modified ATV type vehicles before, but this is a purpose built combat platform with ATV like mobility and modularity. I think a vehicle like this would be a great fit for Spec ops.

I have no experience in these matters but it looks like it was developed as a small, fast scout car and small and maybe quiet enough to go into “civilian” areas on raids to find terrorists hiding among town dwellers. Variant can carry a small squad for quick raids. How many cupholder and phone charging ports come standard?

I think mantis is good match reports car. For example, the mountainous terrain is suitable for many countries.South korea,China, Japan...
