I´m not sure that´s correct, are you Estonian? I´m Czech but I´m learning Estonian, so I understand a bit, and it´s more like tongue-in-cheek humour about guys who are talking to the police, arguing, acting all confident and making all sorts of "believable" statements about how they don´t do drugs, even though they obviously do. "These aren´t drugs, these are Lay´s crisps with herbs", "These sunglasses are definitely not meant to hide dilated pupils", "The girls that just left stole our candy".
