I am a Crimean Tatar. and this is the story of my people, the pain and torment that we still experience for ourselves. I will tell you one of the many stories that my grandmother told me, who was deported from her native Crimea on May 18, 1944. She was 8 years old at the time: on May 18, 1944, Russian soldiers burst through the door. they shouted that the Crimean Tatars would be deported to Central Asia for alleged betrayal. (grandma then lived only with her mom. her father, as well as 8 of her uncles, died in the war against the Nazis back in 1942.) her grandfather, who could no longer walk normally, was also sitting in a small house. The little girl was grabbed by the collar and dragged to the train station while her mother quickly packed her things. Her dog ran after her, barking at the Russian soldier who treated the child so rudely. With one sharp movement, without hesitation, he pulled out a gun and killed the dog. the grandmother was put into a freight car of the train, she was crying, because she could not find her mother in any way. they rode the train for several weeks. almost 40% of the Crimean Tatars then died on trains, as they had no food, no water, no conditions. first, the elderly began to die, then pregnant women. A few months later, my grandmother was found by her mother. later, when she turned about 25 years old, she told her that my grandmother's grandfather could not walk to the train. he was shot in his own bed , hold on Ukrainians. I am with you, all Crimean Tatars are with you now. we are also fighting and defending our homeland, Ukraine!

I live in Poland and what I see every day is like sometimes I think I am in a dream ! I can see the sad women without support of the husbands and confused children not knowing what is happening! I spoken to one woman with three children alone in Warsaw? I told her must be so hard for you ? She said I have to do everything to make my children safe ? And my children must know about the father what I don’t know if I will see him again but they must know what a hero he was !

NATO hasn't stood by impotently. Ukraine fights every day with weapons and intelligence provided by NATO and more specifically the USA. And, it's likely the USA may have to enter the war to fight fascism in Europe again. Again. Y'all never learn, let yourselves believe war in Europe is impossible, you're too rich, untouchable and appease an authoritarian again. This is going to end up with Americans in the ground again. It's exhausting.

I'm Russian and I was crying the whole performance. We don't want it, we don't support it! It's a tragedy for most of our families because we have relatives and friends there. For you information, yesterday our government approved a new law "fake news" that any call for stopping military invasion ( even words "no war" in personal social media) is considered as a crime and can lead up to 15(!!!) years of jail! I would love to go to the meeting or support people in Ukraine but I feel like I'm in a trap with a psycho. I only hope this murders will end asap because I don't want anyone to suffer and to be an accomplice of these crimes

Молодые в большинстве против. Я вчера заставила себя посмотреть новости по 1: они показывают, что мирные жители восстанавливают Мариуполь и благодарят русских за защиту. Про Бучу ни слова. Т.е. враньё полное и у людей просто полная дезинформация. Пропаганда - это единственное что у нас работает безупречно.
