EV Truck Shopping for your dad

I talked myself into the used Lightning route already. Prices are uneven because some people paid too much and want it all back, but there are enough for sale that the market works. Ads are weird, you can find ads for trims that all came with extended range batteries, but the ad says 230 miles range. Ads suck in general. Charging at home, I don't care about charging speed. On a trip, now that more chargers are available, I can deal with the Lightning's limitations. My dad would have heard all the bad news about towing and not wanted electric, but maybe Pro Power and the traditional user experience would have worked. Also the spare tire.

Most people tow 2-3 times a year though, my dad included lol so I doubt that would be as big of a concern as some would think. My dad would definitely buy a spare tire and just leave it in the bed tho. Doesn’t lightning have a spare tho? I thought mine did, but now I question it.
