I use to have 2 raw eggs in my protein shake every morning. And mix it with 0.5% or 0.1% milk, makes it a whole lot easier to get down those raw eggs.

@felipelpr15 жыл бұрын
If u put oil in ur protein shake, the absortion gets slower. You can do that in your last protein shake before bedtime. Altough it's not good to do that on a post workout shake, for obvious reasons.
@RoryZ2315 жыл бұрын
Thank you, that's exactly what I was thinking.

@SmexyPC12 жыл бұрын
i love oats too. i think oats are one of the best, most complex source of carbohydrates, not to mention that its high in fiber and cheap too. convenient too with your shakes. one of the best around. none of that baked potato bullshit (lol)
@felipelpr15 жыл бұрын
Guys, Oats are the "cleanest" carbs around. I do that too. Try to get oats in powder or can be flakes.
@wushow15 жыл бұрын
pre mixing the shakes? wouldnt that degrade the protien?
@E1337Si14 жыл бұрын
That breakfast looks exactly like mine! I have a protien shake with water and oats upon waking then 30 minutes later 4 egg whites and 2 yolks scrambled with wholemeal toast and a glass of OJ. Funny that this guy is like 300lb and i'm only 160.. lol. It goes to show the power of steriods and having a few more yolks!

All grains contain phytic acid (an organic acid in which phosphorous is bound) in the outer layer or bran. Untreated phytic acid can combine with calcium, magnesium, copper, iron especially zinc in the intestinal track and block their absorption. This is why a diet high in unfermented whole grains may led to serious mineral deficiencies and bone loss.
@masterb0012 жыл бұрын
@jozanstarks he probably knows that he comes in a little bloated too. just a matter of time until he dials in the prep diet. trial and error, but he'll get there eventually if he keeps going for it. but as you can see the man loves to eat (me too!), and knows how to cook really well!!!

@silviu20082009 maybe you should start using instinctive training. ask yourself these questions...why do i train 5 days? is it necessary for my body? am i doing my harm than good? should i cut back on my training? how long am i training for? do i exhaust myself on my workouts? do i have the desire and motivation during all 5 days?? should i incorporate more cardio instead? answer those questions and do what works for your own body instead of asking ppl online how you should train YOUR OWN body

@justrelaxin but every sport requires a higher caloric intake, distance runners could eat upto 10,000 calories , mainly from carbohydrate sources, that figure represents maybe a weeks food for an impoveraged African family. To run the computer you watched this video on could represent a lifetime's supply of energy useage for that same village, does that make you a jerk?

where are you getting this? I never said the pros are "sacrificing 24/7" and yes I agree with you, you dont need to cut out everything. But like I said, just because he eats ezekiel bread doesnt mean hes not flexible. its just funny when i hear people say "why eat ezekiel bread when you can eat white bread" its just stupid compromising, if thats the logic, then why even bodybuild? its just stupid when people say things like that, its people like that who are the ones overanalyzing.
