We love the food videos! The training stuff is great but the high quality videos filmed in the kitchen are what really set you apart from other IFBB pros and their content. Would be great if you did a part 1 food shopping and then part 2 cooking video showing us what a typical day in the life would’ve been like for you at your peak offseason when you were competing! That’d be a great insight to show how someone of your calibre did things in an intelligent and health conscious manner to push the limits of size gain.

Have you ever thought about putting a cookbook together? I feel a lot of us here, like your training videos, but, I feel we are all drawn to your cooking/kitchen videos. Your knowledge and how you explain everything from preparation, nutritional benefits, imo, is better than the majority of pros. Hope that “what’s in evans garden video?” Is coming

Evan - If you want the best ''hasbrowns'' or w/e you call them, you gotta soak them into water and squeeze them first. Get rid of some of the starch and take out the water. Then fry them up...amazing! But it is more work though of course. Oh and Lexus? One of the best higher end vehicles you can buy. Those things will easily hit 300k+ miles. Beautiful, luxurious car.

EVAN....take it from a Miami guy who has orange, mango, grapefruit, lemon & and key lime trees in his backyard (as well as a lowquat & guava trees) and my pride & joy those Florida avocado trees (3 of them) ....those were naval oranges .....eating oranges. Valencia oranges are the jucing variety....you can tell by the size and skin thickness....Naval's are big and thick skin, Valencia's are smaller and thinner outer skin, and hella lot juicer. I hope you see this post....I'll post on the circles to look for this post LOLOLOLOL

17:20 Thumbs up for the juice. Reminds me of an experiment/class activity I saw an elementary teacher do to get across the point of fruit vs juice. One kid got to drink a glass of juice, a second kid had to eat the same amount of oranges it takes to make the juice. The second kid always throws up on orange 3 or 4. For super active people weight training, we can get away with it. For general population, its basically soda.

It took me a little bit watching your third video now. Your demeanor, the aura of your Contant, and the way you tell stories, and make us feel like we’re sitting across from you having a conversation reminds me of “cooking with the blues”, the Late Jack Chaplin. He was not one of these celebrity chefs, but the way he talks to you and his videos reminds me a lot of you. Actually, I really don’t care for celebrity chefs. I love down-home cooks that make me feel like I’m sitting in your kitchen.

Little tip...next time you make the hash browns, add salt to the grated potatos then ring them out in a tea towel to get rid of all the water! Then they will fry instead of basically boil and will come out alot crispier and less starchy and soggy!
