Hi Evan, lately i’ve been feeling very fatigued on very commonly in the weeks, not willing to go to bed early, sleep deprivation, daily fatigue, unwillingness to accomplish daily tasks, clumsiness and lack of coordination with gripping objects. Yet all these symptoms are felt without arenal fatigue and I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried to tell my medical professionals that I’ve been feeling them chronically and there not listening to me, so i really thank you for making this video because it is really giving me a idea of why we feel fatigue and how we can avoid it.

I don't think you should be telling people that they need to be "tested" first, because upon seeing this video, many will run to their doctors -only to be told that "adrenal fatigue does not exist". Not many people know Functional medicine practitioners!

We want people to get tested with functional medicine practitioners that work virtually like myself.
@judevucovich70683 жыл бұрын
They need to advise people to be check, and they should go to a holistic or better yet to get results they are searching for, go to a Functional medicine practitioners in their area. What better way to teach others this natural way of healing the body… They certainly give you more information then western medicine doctors will give you.. They go deeper in the testing and not just generalize it.. It is the new frontier on natural medicine which was basically used in medicines younger years before greed stepped in. So Tula Turan if you believe in Functional Medicine and it works for you, help other’s to learn more about it… The practicers have to advise testing to know the reasons why you are unbalanced and how to fix it… so yes please tell them to get tested with a Functional Medicine Practitioner. Promote this kind of medicine practice. We all need to be healed properly and with trust… Thank you to all of the Functional Medicine Practitioners for all you give and have researched. Finally I get to understand why I’m obese and how to truly deal with it. Wish me luck and help me find a Functional Medicine Practitioner in my area…

Really great presentation! (and I love your car in 1st gear analogy). Now, can you please comment on people who tend to be tall & slim and suffer from adrenal fatigue? (I wonder if we are more prone to a.f. maybe because our bodies lack the fat reserves that other people have, which our bodies can draw from for extra energy?)

Thanks, I will stick to the appointment I have, which is wed 19th at 12.30pm. Just a suggestion I am sure you have considered. That you make an on-line questionnaire to help you to pre-identify the clients case and main concerns - especially when there are long term chronic conditions that may now be showing up as acute in another area.

So do you think I have adrenal fatigue please help there is no one helping me every doc says you are normal all in your head, but I know there is something wrong with my body but I don't know what is it.

Hi ..I recently made a visit to doctor regarding my severe Hair loss / hair thinning.. did some blood work. found out I have been anemic sfor almost 10 years. Also my doc also did a hormonal test . My test results show my DHEA is very high and free testerones are high as well.. repeated hormones test and results are same... I have no history of PCOS. so does that mean my adrenals are not functioning properly?
@selinamerkelbach-bohm95607 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your work. I guess when one is in front of the camera Cortison raises and stuff gets mixed up ;-) , but the cortex is on the outside of the adrenals, the Medulla on the inside (in the core). Cortison is, as you said, produced in the cortex (outside).

Hi Evan. This might sound odd. Can Adrenal Fatigue be the effect of too much masturbation? I don't even know if masturbation addiction is a thing, but I stopped masturbating a lot about ten months ago and do it much less now and now I generally have more energy, and I look healthier and younger ???? Let me know. Thanks.

If a person has been put on Adderall which worked for a time but the body has adapted and no longer seems to be improving the fatigue symptoms you've described, does that mean the adrenal glands have shut off because the medication the patient has been on, has made the adrenal glands become lazy? Is there a way to heal this problem? Or is this irreversible and permanent damage?
@EvanBrand8 жыл бұрын
Hi Heather, I've seen many patients that have taken Adderall have adrenal fatigue. Yes, there is a way to heal them, by first running an adrenal stress profile test--www.notjustpaleo.com/store/201-adrenal-stress-test to identify if adrenal fatigue is present and what stage someone is in. I consider most things able to be reversed, and don't generally assume permanent damage! There's always hope.

Heather Gordon I was put on the fast acting kind .."dexies" and they made me worse ...gave me energy but the next three days after I'd feel like I was hit by a truck ...I think it made my adrenals worse by stressing my body and forcing it to do more then it was actually able to do "fooling" it ...until the meds wore off.... thats just what I experienced ...

The adrenals sit on top of your kidneys on your backside, right where you'd rest your hands if you were tired.

well ..I'm pretty sure I have adrenal fatigue and keep getting told I'm just depressed and have been on every antidepressant with no luck ...and I try to say it doesnt feel like depression or even my body weak an aching is not normal or how I feel stressed and I have every single symptom of adrenal fatigue.But no Dr will listen ....having cortisol levels tested and tested for cushings but feel I'm past just high cortisol and burnt cuz I'm bed ridden mostly ...been thru a lot the past three yrs and it's just gotten worse . Im also 43 female and hormones could not be helping....changed my diet to keto.the past three weeks and some of the pain left and my mood is a bit more positive but still very weak ...shouldn't even say very ...extremely is more like it and when I feel the tiny bit of stress or in the hot shower I shake and have vomited having to sit down I get so weak. I can't find a Dr in my area to take me seriously
